Plugin looks good, Drag and Drop doing well BUT clicking on delete link does nothing.
I cannot delete user from chart.

I have hundreds of users.
How can I just select a bunch of them?
Just need show a 25 user in chart, no more.

The plugin claims to be responsive, but none of the demos work on mobile or smaller screens. The whole thing breaks. Is it a bug on the demos or is it the way the plugin works???

I tried to test the free plugin to see if its worth the paid. Tried adding users, does not do anything. It says its compatible with my version of WordPress. Only have the link in Settings->Org Chart.

The boxes don’t have a connecting line to them. I tried disabling the theme but it’s still doing it. Not sure if you have an easy fix for it without me trying to debug.

Also I didn’t understand the Custom Link functionality. I wanted each user to link to a different url. I have User Link = Custom Link but I don’t see where to set it?

The plugin has stopped working with wordpress version 5.5.1. And not only that, it compromised the functioning of the entire site. Deactivating the plugin the site works perfectly. I have to say that up to this episode the plugin worked excellently.

Please post feature requests that you would like to see in this plugin and we will try best to add it in upcoming releases.

I have implemented the org chart and looks good. Problem is when I click on a user, a light box open under the header and it’s not possible to see the content. I can not inspect it either (to get the correct codes for changing the CSS) as it’s layered under the header.

Can this box be centered to the middle of the screen, showing the contact information such as phone number an e-mail?

Hi again. I have added new users to the site, added them to the team and am now unable to see them in the OrgChart drop down menu. Do the users have to have a specific admin level or such? Will this work on a multilingual site?

I am attempting to create a hierarchical representation of a department. Not everyone in the department is actually a user of the WP site. I steer a way to add team members without making them users on WP first?

I am using your BASIC Simple Org Chart on my BuddyApp theme.
When I paste the shortcode on my page using textbox element in text area, all the employee boxes is aligned to left but joining lines are on correct place.

It is looking like table with thin border and light gray background color with employee boxes in it aligned to left.

Also I would like to know how to add custom link or redirect after clicking employee to its BuddyApp member profile page.

Everytime I add a new member I have to use the “reset” button besides the “Select top level” field.
Then I have to rearrange all the members in the desired order again.

There is for the moment no other way to add the new member tot the chart.

This is because the “Select User” field isn’t showing the new member after I added a new member. Also using the “add” button makes no difference.

Is this a bug? Is it something in the settings? Can I fix it myself?

How can I do this? Or can you help me with this?

Also a second less important issue is if I wanted to add in a second org chart later on could I do this? Could I re install the plugin by a different name or something?

My users are all overlapping each other in one section of my org chart instead of spreading out (there is plenty of room for it).
