I couldn’t figure out how to add a separator between posts titles that scroll horizontally. Any help or update that fix the issue will be appreciated.

I’m using wordpress as a multidomain.
Only when there is no article in the specific domain, the plugin returns the following error:
Warning: Trying to access array offset on value of type bool in?[…]\wp-content\plugins\simple-posts-ticker\public\load.php?on line?17

My configuration is:
Apache/2.4.56 (Win64) OpenSSL/1.1.1t PHP/8.2.4
and WordPress version is: wordpress-6.2.2-it_IT

hi,

i’m using your plugin for displaying news ticker of ‘posts’ in my client’s website.

i want to add a ‘SEPARATOR’ between different posts. so that a separator will display after every post’s title.

How to add it via, custom css section? of any other way of doing it?

In my headlines the full title is not showing. Even though I have followed the technique mentioned in this post

I’m trying to use more than one ticker on one page. I set the attribute “continuous flow” (ticker_cflow=”true”) within the shortcode. Unfortunately it doesn’t work. There seems to be a bug?! It only shows ONE ticker. The other one disappear. ??

Is it possible to fix it somehow?!

Still like the plugin, but stripping down my site to needed plugins.
I have that on the front page, after deleting plugin, can’t remember how to remove it. It’s not in the code on that page.

There seems to be an issue with WPML translations. The plugin shows all translations at once. For example I added one ticker and translations in 3 languages but it shows them all instead of just an English translation https://xometry.de/en/ticker-test/.

Is there any way to make it work with WPML and only show tickers in the current language?

I’m just trying out your plugin for first time but it seems that the ticker column is resolving with duplication. I think this may be a caching problem but can’t resolve it. Grateful for any help. Obviously I can’t leave it displaying live like that but I’m uploading a cropped screenshot so you can see how the ticker column is being repeated directly below.

No doubt, You, the plugin author have made a nice plugin. Thanks for it.

But the problem is- every time, when I go to my homepage or load any page, this ticker breaks and shows all post title insides of it, and after few second it become normal. It looks really odd! Specially when we visit site from mobile. It took a large area on screen to display ticker.

I’m using wpml.

This plugin currently shows the latest English posts on french and on English pages.

I want to show the latest french posts on the french page and the latest English posts on the English page.

And if it’s in Arabic, I want to show the latest arabic posts and make it RTL, switch the direction of the ticker.

I can detect the language using

if (ICL_LANGUAGE_CODE == ‘fr’)

Hallo, i set up the ticker with some different tickers and tried a variety of settings – but the fronten only showas the first ticker-text – but no animation, sliding – what ever.
Is it enough, only to use the basic shortcode – e.g. [spt-posts-ticker]
Or do i have to fill in all variables manually?

What to check – and do you have a website, where i can see the ticker in usage?

Hello, after updating to the latest version, the plugin stopped working. My browser console throws:

TypeError: a.bind(…).marquee is not a function
