I followed instructions in another forum post about how to add additional value columns. I did the following:
add_option('jsrm_val_cols', '2');
Add the following line, replacing ‘3’ with whatever number of values you would like:
update_option('jsrm_val_cols', '3');
Instead of 3, I used 4. And then I deactivated the plugin and restarted it. But while 4 cols show up in the plugin, when I add column headers or prices, they don’t show up.
My gut tells me the solution is easy, but what is it?

]]>When I try to add an image to an item after I click “Insert into post” the icons (image,delete,unlink) show up to the left of the item in the list, but the image icon is blank – when I save the item the image disappears.
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled (lost all of my menus), but it still does not work.

]]>I love this plugin! Looks very solid, even my Ma understood it right away.
One thing that I believe would be good to have are categories/labels/tags. Right now I’m putting in the 2nd data field things like “veg”,”spicy”,”recommendation” etc. If there would be the possibility to set-up these categories upfront, and then select them from a drop down while adding a menu item. On the frontpage these categories come with an individual class which would allow me to set icons instead of letters.

There seem to be cases where version 3.0 doesn’t run an initial script that adds some data columns to the menu databases. There is an easy fix if you are having a problem.
THE FIX:
Simply Deactivate and then reactivate the plugin.
NOTE: ONLY DEACTIVATE the plugin. DO NOT DELETE the plugin, as this will delete your menu data along with all of the plugin files. Deactivating/reactivating the plugin keeps all of the menu data and files in place, and forces a set-up script to run that failed to run when upgrading.
Sorry for the inconvenience. I’ll have a new version out asap to address this problem.

I’m trying to use this plugin on one site on my multisite install. I had issues with permissions when trying to add a menu, however network activating fixed this (See https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/plugin-simple-retail-menus-permissions-error-on-multisite-install-solution?replies=1).
Now that I can add menus and content, when I try to use a shortcode to display the menu it doesn’t show up. I have tested the plugin on a standard installation and it works fine, seems to just be a multisite issue. The site I want to use it on isn’t the ‘main’ site, it’s an additional one.
Is it possible to get this fixed?
