Exactly what I was looking for. Being a novice WP user, I was looking for a simple plugin to create and display slideshows, including as a widget. Found it with this plugin. Thank you.
If you don’t want the right and left arrows on the slideshow, add this in your CSS:

display: none;
}
.img_next_0.img_next {
display: none;
}

The free version is a bit naggy, but, that’s understandable, these guys have put a lot of work into creating a user-friendly interface that produces a functional glitch-free slider. Working great on the mobile responsive theme I am using. Upgrade options are clearly outlined, should you want an even more powerful feature set.
