Hi, first off, thank you for the plugin, and I really appreciate your effort toward the community.
I have a problem with the plugin. I have special characters in some fields, but your plugin is showing them as escaped strings. I understand that it is a security measure to escape special characters before storing them in a database. But could you please parse them back when they show up in the UI?

When you use this plugin with update wordpress version then it can’t create table in Database .Already I solved it . Just modify your TABLE CREATE QUERY OF YOUR activation.php FILE

Thanks for the great plugin. It works. But I just wanted to know how to create more fields for subjects. I mean, normally, I can put in 3 subjects. What do I need to do to create more subject fields? I tried opening new subject pages but it didn’t work. Could you please help?
