How can I put in an IDX search for a subdivision located within a city instead of the whole city?

We have used IDX Showcase in the past, but have a client that is very particular about how listings are displayed and they have some other requirements as well. .

FYI – The specific MLS is SWFLA MLS.

Q1. Attached is a screenshot of how they are being displayed now on their existing website. I am wondering if we can present them the same way with 2 columns, no box around the properties, etc. They sell high end homes $2M+ and want a very luxurious presentation with big pictures. Is this doable?

Q2. Can we have a search bar on each page?

Q3. Can we display the default image and carousel on the detail page across the top of the page?

Q4. Can we also display the last 12 months of properties sold?

Q5. Their existing site has the ability to search properties by area or address. The have the following quick search created:

We want to display all of our Broker’s listings separately, and we also want to display other local listings from other brokers in categories by town (Orlando, Miami, etc.) or even by type (Beachfront, Waterfront, etc) in a different section on the same page like this website: https://www.tomlinstcyr.com. Is categorizing by areas or other search filters possible to do with your plugin? Will this slow the page load time?

Also, do you have variations on how to manipulate the layout of the listings – 3 columns across, 4 across, etc.?

We needed to know how often is the data updated? Daily, hourly, etc?

Hey guys, trying to slim down the listings on this site to only show the listings for a specific MLS ID. Per your documentation, I believe this is correct:

[sr_residential mlsid="######"]

But it might actually be:

[sr_listings mlsid="######"]

Neither seem to be working. Nor is it working when I add the “limit” shortcode parameter. What am I missing?

Do you have maps? One on each detail page is important. Also, a master map with all listings and ability to filter.

I can’t seem to figure out how to display ActiveUnderContract (i.e. Contingent) listings.

My original shortcode was:

[sr_map_search search_form=”true” list_view=”true”]

I have now tried:

[sr_map_search status=”Active;ActiveUnderContract;Pending” search_form=”true” list_view=”true”]

and also,

[sr_map_search status=”Active;Contingent;Pending” search_form=”true” list_view=”true”]

Nothing I try makes the Contingent listings appear, despite the hope that the documentation about half way down offers here:

The listing that should show up is:

I just installed a basic WordPress set and I’m evaluating the plugin.

I created a new Google Maps API key and saved it to the plugin settings, but the map is not loading due to the error shown in this screenshot:

Hi there,

Trying to figure out how to filter out all rentals from the search results. I see you can make it “only rentals” but not how to make it “no rentals”.

Second question is when you show the sr_listings with a search form, how do you change the default search before you’ve made any search query?

Will this plug in display my sold listings?

Hi There! I like your approach to the IDX feed for WordPress users – seems you have the devloper in mind. I am having a problem though, as the slider settings are way-off the mark to what I think this is supposed to look like on the website. Not sure why there were be a conflict as Avada uses thier own css set for things and I don’t see any overlapping.

Could you please take a look here https://greenixdesign.com/naw-re/ and provide any input on a fix for this? I have more of these sites scheduled and would really like a go-to provider that we can work with.

I am doing a very custom output for the listings where I have the map in the sidebar with the search functionality, and then the listings on the main content portion of the site.

The way it is currently setup, the map gets outputted with the sr_map_search and the sr_listings. Is there anyway I can disable the map (not doing display: none;) for the sr_listings so there are not conflicting errors between the two? I believe because both maps are currently being outputted the search functionality breaks.

I have a client who is using this plugin, working fine with default and other themes, but with the theme Bellevue the individual property listing (only) does not display any details, although the property title displays OK. It’s obviously a conflict somewhere – any suggestions on how to resolve? I was thinking of implementing a specific template for the custom post type in the troublesome theme.
