The plugin works perfectly. I just need a simple alteration.
The plugin sends the email after x minutes starting to count from the moment I create an order.
However, I am entering orders with an earlier date and time and I would like the plugin to send the reminder emails counting from the date and time I chose for the order and not from the current time.
Is it possible to make that alteration on the plugin?

I am trying to send a test email to myself, but although it appears to be sending it, I am neither ever receiving anything, nor does it appear to have completed sending it. It just hangs on the animation. I have placed test orders, and I have verified that normal WC emails are being sent out as they should. Please assist.

I recently tested the free version of this plugin and it worked well, but it is limited to 3 email rules. I then purchased the PRO version but after installing it and activating the license, it does not display the conditional boxes when setting up an email rule. This makes the plugin unusable.

The only way to request support is thru the ShopitPress website contact form. I sent them a message and described the issue five days ago, but have not received any response.

I have now uninstalled the plugin and have requested a refund.

If ShopItPress monitors this support forum, please respond regarding this issue.

In the last few weeks the MAIL LOG shows that all the e-mails jut “pending” , I need to force it to send the mails…

Is there any help to fix this?
