• I have have a full license and paid support for Motors theme through Theme Forest.
    I have several outstanding support tickets.
    I have now seen other tickets on WordPress forums regarding the use of “Freemium”
    Looking at the instructions here it says my Stylemix “account” should have a “Public Key” – there is nothing in the Account section of my Stylemix account to acknowledge my purchase.
    So it seems I am stuck without support.
    I have 6 months paid support left but no way to use it.
    I want to but another license but am afraid to spend the money if there is no support.
    Every support link takes me to the support ticket page that seems to have nothing to do with “Freemium” and there are my tickets there that 5-6 days old

    Please be noted that as you have a full license and support for the theme, so you should choose theme and create a support ticket from the theme.

    This form is not connected with the theme you purchased.

    Thats is exactly what I had done – several times – it seems I am now getting support replies – but i had to wait almost a week
    They also said I should often expect to wait 7-12 days to get a support reply – this is surprising for a paid theme with paid support – but i will struggle on as I cannot afford to re-build the site(s)_ with another theme
