The plug-in is very easy to use. I like having the ability to change many of the settings and have control over many options. The thumbnail function was requested by a client, and this plugin offers a nice option. I took away one star because I put in a ticket requesting code for moving the slideshow title under the slide rather than as an overlay. This might be something premium, but I have had no response in a week on the support forum. Other than that, very satisfied.

The slider provided with my website theme allowed only 3 pics at a time which is useless. This slider allows many more and works perfectly. The support I received when there was an issue was second to none. I love this plugin

So far, great! The UI isn’t beautiful, but it’s effective, and once you get the hang of it, quite easy to use. Feels simple and lightweight. I love the ability to have multiple slideshows in a post or page with shortcodes if I need them.

After trying several sliders for WP over quite a few years, I find Supsystic slider to be easy to use, works well inside complex themes such as Divi and is reliable. Supsystic Slider does the job. Anybody who says “useless free version” or similar clearly is of limited experience and just does not know WP or sliders at all. Good work folks! NOTE: After a recent error in the slider plugin I contacted Supsystic Support and they were brilliant! Fast and effective response that fixed the error quickly. And that was on the free version. I will now go and purchase a license as a pay-back for such great support.

We had an incompatibility problem between this plugin and our theme (both Pro versions). The theme creator couldn’t provide any support, but the Supsystic guys did actually manage to pinpoint the problem and introduced some code changes so that the plugin would work with our theme. Great work!
Other than that, the plugin is quite intuitive, easy to manage, and works well. Five stars.
