`Terrible plugin, it contains many errors and apparently, they have not been completely corrected. What good is it having great features if it randomly throws errors with Javascript?
I do not recommend it. Paying and waiting to receive a file instead of updating it from the WordPress repository does not inspire confidence.

From the time i send the mail to the support it took exactly 7 min until they reacted and about 30 min later it was fixed. That’s what i call reaction time!

We evaluated the free version of the plugin, and based on the price, decided to go for the full version. Paid the $20 fee… no immediate way to unlock pro features. Had to wait for the tech support team to email overnight (they’re in India, I’m in US) with a link to download a ZIP file – delete the free version, manually install the pro version. Ok, seems a little sketchy to me, but I’ll give it a try.
Pro version installed, but can’t get some features to work, like installing and working with the available pro templates. So I reach out to support to find out what it’s doing and how to fix. Their reply? They want me to give them access to my WordPress admin so they can fix it. I’m sorry, what? No. I don’t know you or your company. I’m not giving you free rein in my admin to do whatever you want. If you can’t make your plugin work, and you can’t tell me what I should do to fix it, then your plugin has major issues. The fact that you even ask for that access is seriously concerning.
At this point, I’ve found an alternative plugin and have deleted this one. Just not worth it, even for $20.

Very cool plugin with some great customization options. I had some trouble with the carousel stuck on loading because had put the links for the videos in the wrong place. (oops!!) The support was excellent – super fast and friendly!! :O)

The plugin is really useful, and the Pro version has interesting features to make it work in your web style.
However, the purchasing process is painful. You pay the plugin and you don′t get anything, you have to send them an email and ask. Then, they provide a non-protected link where you can download the Pro plugin. I wish they have a different system, where after your purchase you get a serial number that I could insert in my already installed plugin and update it right away. Also, I don′t know if the Pro plugin will be updated or I need to download it again.
It looks they use their customer base to find bugs, and apparently they fix them, but they don′t release the updated plugin. As a result, you have a lot of issues reported, apparently fixed, but if you buy it the bugs are still there. We need regular updates!
Overall a good plugin that works beautifully but bad ecommerce experience.
