Added link as in the picture below. When I click on the image, I get Fancy box error “The requested content cannot be loaded.” Before that I have unchecked in navigation “Fade arrows” and “Touch swipe”, because with these two enabled when clicking on image the next image was opened instead of particular url.

Hello, I’ve been using Slider Pro for a long time for my photo portfolios. But I’m disturbed by a strange effect that occurs every time a page is loading, when some of the captions are visible for a millisecond on the left side of the page. This happens before the page is fully loaded. I’ve ytried different methods to get rid of it, but I haven’t been able to yet. Any idea why this happens and how to get rid of it?

I have configured my sliders with the “Lazy loading” option. I also use thumbnails. With the option “Lazy loading” you always see a white area on the right side of the thumbnails on which the thumbnail is built. This white area bothers me, because you don’t see this behavior in the images, despite lazy loading. If I disable the lazy loading option, the white area is no longer present in the thumbnails, but you can always see the last image of the slider flash up briefly when refreshing the website with the slider (in the video this is a green landscape image) and then the first image of the slider appears. But that bothers me too :-).
I am of the opinion that lazy loading is not absolutely necessary for thumbnails. Is there any way I can switch it off for thumbnails? Perhaps with a separate option in the configuration, which would have to be added or I can built a plugin (hook) ?
if necessary, you could possibly hide the image (green landscape image) with a css code, but i think lazy loading for the images is a good option and i would like to keep it if possible.

When I try to edit images in the slider, the screen changes to transparent, a little darker and does nothing else. If I press f5 it is fine again but I cannot edit or delete an image from the created slider.

I bought the Slider Pro a few years ago, and it is my absolute favourite. I think it is the only one that allows creating shows with portrait and landscape images without resizing the show in erratic and stupid ways.
Anyway my portfolio site uses the slideshows on several pages. But lately it seems to not load them when you visit a page and seems to show a blank page until either reload or scroll. This only happens on Google Chrome on the Mac. All other browsers seem totally OK. Is there some reason for this? Is there a workaround? Please let me know.

I have the image width as 100%, scale mode cover, allow auto scale up etc and today I turned on force size full width when I noticed this issue.

]]>I made some sub-folders in the upload directory of WordPress with the plugin ‘Media Library Folder’ (other plugins result in the same next problem).
However, Slider Pro wants to add files only in the directory ‘uploads’, not in the sub-directories of upload directory.
This means that the images of all my slides and galleries are going to be in one folder, which is almost unmanageable.
How can I make it happen that images going to sub-folders?

Hi, On the page I gave you, you will see two sliders the look exactly the same. The first one is a slide anything slider that I want to replace since it’s not being updated any more. The 2nd one is this Slider Pro slider.
What I’m trying to do is accomplish the same slide linking as the slide anything slider. Is this possible with your slider?

I can create a banner. Everything works fine but after one day the pictures in the banner are not shown anymore.
When I update the banner (no changes) it’s working again for a day.

Slider Pro is working as I need for the most part. But, there seems to be one very annoying ‘feature’ that I need to address. I attempt to scale my images in the slider such that they will present well but will not bloat the page or the download. The widget is downsizing all of my images to 150×150 and rendering them into an area that is 3 times that size (Appearance Width/Height is 600/400). The result is a grainy image. I’m using Image Scale Mode: Contain.
How can I tell the widget to leave my images as I’ve sized them. Meaning if the sp-image-container is 600px X 400px, I’ll size my images myself to nearly the same size.

My Slider Pro sliders work great, but there is one detail I can’t find a cure for, the captions’ responsiveness. On a stationary desktop and a laptop the captions are quite big, on an iPad they are “normal”, but on a smartphone they are far too small. In the breakpoints options i can’t find any settings to change the captions’ size. Is it possible to achieve?

The thumbnails that are working incorrectly point to other versions of the file such as ‘filename-420×236.jpg.webp’. All the thumbnails were created with the following settings:
