Hi,
We are using this plugin to bridge the Tribe Events Calendar and the countdown.
The countdown works perfectly on the whole – the events are generally being pulled through seamlessly, however, the countdown seems to be ending a day early.
The event in the scrolling banner and bullet-pointed list in the footer show the upcoming event as Sunday 02 June 2019, however, the countdown is counting down to Saturday 01 June 2019.
The event has not had its date altered at all, and the other queries are pulling the start date through absolutely fine.
At first I thought it may be a case of 1h/2h offset, however, I changed the timezone for the upcoming event to test this and it appears to be counting down to exactly 24 hours prior to the event start date.
Please advise.
Cheers,
Euan
I downloaded the the Events Calendar Bridge Plugin, and activated it. I then went to Settings and set up Configuration 1 to import All Categories. I then use the following short code on a page
[smartcountdown import_config=”scd_tribe_events::1″ title_before_down=”Our next event – %imported% – starts in” title_before_up=”Current event – %imported% – is in progress for” widget_style=”text-align:center;”]
and when I check the front end , I only see the short code render as is.
Please Advice
]]>Using Smart Countdown FX, and the Events Calendar Bridge to show a countdown to the next event created with The Events Calendar. If the event status is set to draft (not published), the widget shows that (draft) event. Is there a way to make it only show published events?
Thank you!
