Hi Team,
We’re experiencing problems when we try to use our webshop with your plugin via Firefox.
Unfortunately, when the “Enhanced Tracking and prevention” feature is allowed on Firefox, your product is completely unusable on the webhop, of course customers can turn it off, but this is a built in feature in firefox and we cannot expect our customers to be savvy in order to make it work.
I saw on the devconsole if the protection has turned on some kind of javascript is not loaded and this prevents to load the functionality on our site when this Firefox feature has been used.
What do you think?
i was building a website on domain A. Then went live and changed to domain B. Now the search results are sending me to A. And the plugin is complaining about two sites using the same API. What can do? Thee staging site is gone.
Hi. I installed the Searchanise plugin with the subscription. However, I got the issue that Searchanise plugin just support search by product, categories, pages section https://prnt.sc/QOEwdu-iPRmN
Now, I want to have the ability to seach for vendor in my site
See screenshot for more detail: https://prnt.sc/MyHPqjGwpuo6
Is it possible? Then if it’s possible, could you please guide me how make it work?
FYI, I’m using the Dokan extension https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/dokan-lite/ for multi vendor
Thanks
We use storefront theme but when we try to use filters shop wide, the native look of our shop is changed to the plugin’s theme which we do not like. Been using the plugin for sometime and thought that updates will come to fix this but no such setting till today. Also, we prefer our theme styles and look to also use for the search results page but there seems to be no such option.
It looks like Searchanise is not declared compatible with the WooCommerce High-performance order storage (HPOS)
Are there plans in place to make this plugin compatible?
I am planning to migrate my install to the faster Order data storage system, and I may need to transition away from Searchanise Pro if that isn’t in the cards.
Let me know, maybe this is just a bug?
Hi Team,
I checked my log file and found lots of this lines:
PHP Notice: Function is_tax was called incorrectly.
I checked the backtrace and found that is comes from here:
\Searchanise\SmartWoocommerceSearch\FulltextSearch::postsPreQuery
When it calls to is_product_category
and it prints the log info.
I had similar issue with is_search function and you fixed it, thanks. And now this one is come. Please check it also.

Hello guys, we are excited to use your Search tool, unfortunately, our WordPress/WooCommerce Setup is based on Containers (Symlinks to another place) so, we noticed how you’re calling the “Plugins Path” the real path route has been showing to us, so I’m adding here how we are looking that…
Basically the way of how you’re calling the PLUGIN_DIR is affecting us because you’re forcing to get the full route, what is ok if you have a regular or simple WordPress setup. We are trying to have all separated to make it better for deployments, and keep a more secure development environment.
So, is there a way to fix that? or well… what we could do to make it works. That’s how we looks that on our DEV site…
Obviously, that happens for the route issue, and that’s the only plugin have issues with our environment. So, if you could assist us with some fix that will help us a lot!
Thank u guys,
BEST!

Hello, we are using brands plugin found in this WP repository:
https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/perfect-woocommerce-brands/
How can we include the brands in search filter? thanks!
Hi
Your product was promoted on the WooCommerce mail. The search box is looking great.
I quickly run through your description and found two places, you talked about a data is not uploaded to your backend.
As we do not want any external connections. Can your product also be run locally?
If i enable Load JavaScript deferred in wp rocket, Searchanise search dont work at all. Please Specify URLs or keywords of JavaScript files to be excluded from defer.

The Searchanise plugin makes 400+ database queries in each page load.
We use an external search engine service to reduce our database load but this plugin is doing the opposite.
Searchanise service is good. I think the plugin can be improved and optimized to work better.

Hi,
I’d like to edit the templates/smart-navigation.php
file to match my theme. How should I copy that file to my theme please? What folder structure should I use?
I’ve tried mytheme/woocommerce/smart-navigation.php
Hello,
I am using Searchinise on my client’s online shop. Everything works correctly, the only problem is price management.
Throughout the shop, prices can only be viewed by registered users, with Searchinise it also shows them to those who are not registered. In addition, customers have personalized discounts (I use Customer specific pricing), in the search results it shows me only the list price.
Is it possible to delegate price management to Woocommerce? Because in the rest of the shop everything works correctly.
thanks!

Hello,
I love your plugin and I wanted to ask.
Are you planning to get rid of the dependency on the jQuery library and just switch to pure JavaScript? Thank you.

When searching for a product in the wp-admin environment, the result is being directed to the search page at the front of the site.
How to solve this?
Hello,
While the search page is loading there is a code visible.
For some users this code doesn’t disapear and stays visible.
Is their any way to fix this issue?

I see that in the Shopify version you can add custom filters. For example, we have a custom taxonomy for products called “brands”. As this is not a product attribute, it doesn’t show in the list of filters.
Is it possible, via hooks or otherwise, to add custom filters in the WP version?
