Is there any actual plugin documentation? Nothing I’ve found explains how to use the plugin. Your A-Z guide is anything but an A-Z guide. It’s a very basic installation guide. I do not speak French, so your Youtube tutorials are of no use to me. I have options labeled “Training AI” and “Activate”. “Training AI” creates something called an “Embed”, then I “Activate” and the row background color indicates the “Embed” I’ve just created isn’t up to date with the post. If I refresh the page, all “Embeds” disappear. There are no clear directions on how to use this plugin. What is your refund process?

]]>The plugin (both pro and free version) is installed on various sites and servers.
They all face the same issue: when asking for a telephone number published on the site, the information is located, however all 0 in numbers get replaced by 1 (e.g. number ## ## ## 00 gets ## ## ## 11 in the chatbot reply).
When choosing the ChatGPT model, the text states “If you want to use gpt-4o, you must subscribe to chatgpt plus.”
Can you explain why? The API counts against the tokens of the paid balance. I can′t see where the ChatGPT plus subscription comes in.
]]>Hi, currently trying your plugin which matches my needs best but I can see a glitch or two I’d like to report. I do understand that the plugin is currently under development and I’m eager to see it flourish.
The main issue I have is that the plugin constantly calls home for license status which takes a long time and slows down every pageload in admin panel. With plugin deactivated browsing is OK, like 300 ms server response. With plugin activated it takes up to 4 seconds to load any admin panel page.

Anyway, thanks for your effort, I’ve set up the chatbot quite successfully with an error or two but generally I’d leave it a positive review.
