Hello,
Is there a way to automatically have an anchor name cleared from the URL when the back to top button is clicked? I am using the Themify Builder plugin, which allows me to set an anchor using ‘ data-anchor=”{anchorname}” ‘ for a div.
Thanks
]]>Hi,
I was wondering if there’s any chance to change the button to a square instead of a cercle.
Regards.
]]>Greetings,
As you already have Disable on Mobile and Tablet Layout, is Disable on Desktop a foreseeable option in the near future.
Great plugin as it is and I recommend it to others.
]]>Hi,
Is there a script / option to make it always visible? (even before scroll)
Thx!
]]>Wondering if I’m missing a setting. Great plugin by the way, just not sure if can turn to square, which would better match my theme. Thanks.
]]>Hello,
Nice plugin. I just miss 1) opacity colors 2) button position center. Thanks
]]>Thanks for the great plugin. Really love it.
Just one request: Would it be possible to get an option to hide it from the start/main page?
]]>Hello, dear Tanvirul!
After switching the site server to PHP 8.2, the site admin panel stops working.

In the frontend everything is OK.
When rolling back to PHP 7.4, the problem disappears.
Please investigate this issue.
Thank you!
critical error following today’s update.
I had to restore the site:
WordPress has a native feature to detect if a plugin or theme is causing a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automatic email.
Here WordPress found an error with one of your plugins, “Smooth Back To Top Button”.

]]>Hi, i want in contact page transparent background in your plugin ?? I can set in settings only solid color with no apacity. I want opacity 0 (transparent) to see color background ?? Thanks
]]>Hello, is it possible to hide the button on certain pages.
thank you
I am currently using the divi theme, but the back to the top button is only visible in my wordpress interface, not to visitors.
All modules and theme are up to date.
Do you have a tip?
]]>Many thanks for the work on the plugin, works well, however is there a way to add easing? Would be great to add a slight easing out at the end of the scroll back up.
]]>hello tanvirul
I hope you are well. I have the problem again that it no longer shows your beautiful “Back to top” button. may I ask you to look at this?
Thank you
]]>Hello,
I think the plugin is compatible with Salient themeW
When you select an icon in the settings, it shows another icon in the FRONT-END of our website, while it shows the correct ICON in the backend…
Can you please test compatibility with Salient theme as this one is massively used all over the world?
Thanks so much!
]]>Hello!
I have looked around for your Changelog when updates come out, but cannot find anything beyond the development log, but I can’t readily understand what’s changed by looking at that.
Was just wondering if I was missing it!
Thank you!
]]>button only shows up on admin panel it doenst show up on any page
]]>Hey!
Thanks for creating this very cool plugin.
I am running into an issue with the button margin. On desktop the current settings work fine as is. On mobile however, I have a different ad and share buttons settings, such that I need to set another vertical margin setting than the one on desktop as otherwise, it looks wrong and interferes with other interface elements.
Is there any way I can add a different value for mobile with custom CSS? Or perhaps could you add these to the settings?
Thanks again
]]>Hello,
I love your plugin’s look and functionality. I was needing to disable it for certain custom post types, if possible, and was wondering if there was a way to do that?
I have ecourses on my site and need to have it not showing on the course, lesson, and quiz post-types. (sfwd-courses, sfwd-lessons, sfwd-quiz respectively)
Is there a way to designate certain post types to not show the button?
Thank you for your time!
]]>is it possible to add back to top button on backend dashboard?
]]>Great plugin, but unfortunately my site has problems using it.
The plugin causes problems with displaying the favicon of the site. And also when you turn off the scroll bar, the site does not load.
]]>Other buttons (online chat, callback, knowledge base) are often used on the site. For such cases, it is important to be able to specify separate values for horizontal and vertical margin.
]]>Hello guys, please help to show up the fav icon even I am using this plugin, scroll to top.
]]>Hello! With plugin activation, my Favicon disappear. Are there any optional solutions?
]]>Hi Tanvirul,
After translating the plugin, I found that the “Back To Top Button” menu item in the admin panel could not be translated.
Thank you!
]]>Hi Tanvirul,
You made a great plugin and I want to help you make it even better.
At the moment, the scroll indicator radius is smaller than the radius of the button background circle and in some cases (for example, when there are dark sections on the site page) a thin halo is visible.
If you increase the radius of the indicator and make its border thicker, it will cover the background circle and look more attractive.
See the picture at the link.
I hope you will appreciate my suggestion and release an update soon.
Thank you.
P.S.: By the way, I made a full translation of this plugin into Russian.
]]>Hi,
I was noticing notification boxes in my theme were all of a sudden using serif fonts when it used to be a san serif font. Using the inspector I traced it back to a !important css from this plugin. The note was that it was to prevent errors from browsers that changed font or something to that effect. I really like this back to top plugin because it has the fill bar. Any way to not use that ! css?
]]>Hi,
I really love your plugin, however, I need to report this glitch after the latest update. All the icons available don’t correspond with the selected one from the settings. For instance: I am getting home icon instead of simple arrow. If other arrows are selected in the settings, for instance: the bold arrow… music note icon is being displayed on the website instead.
You can check the website to see the home icon instead of the selected arrow.
Thank you for looking into this issue in advance.
]]>Hello,
I have a cosmetic issue with the appearance on mobile. The up arrow is positioned within the circle but below the center. On PC it looks fine.
