]]>Hey guys,
I want to set the Brick size for pages, but I don t see the setting there. Is it possible? Also the plugin was not updated for 3 years, will it still be maintained in the future or are there alternatives you can recommend?
Thanks in advance,
Dennis
Doesn’t work with Page Builder and it used to.
]]>It appears that this widget no longer works with the latest WordPress v4.4.1 and since it hasn’t been updated in over two years is probably abandoned.
I really liked using it and wondered if anyone has found a similar widget to replace it?
TIA!

]]>Hi! I know I can set the posts_per_page in the settings, but if i’d like to have next/prev page links to view the items that fall outside of that number.
I’ve added “paged=1” to the advanced query field and edited the masonry.php template to add pagination links, but no luck. Any ideas?
]]>Hi,
I installed and activated the plugin. I am trying to get it to work on my existing posts page which is currently set to display on my front (home) page. I’ve set the plugin to work as post type only. What else do I need to do? Is it possible to have it work without regenerating any images? All my post images are unedited from the original upload. Also, I haven’t installed Page Builder. Is it necessary?
Thanks,
Jason
Is there a beginner’s guide to how to set this up? I want to use this just in a gallery with images. I am using PageBuilder. I’d like it to function just like your demo (https://demo.siteorigin.com/origami/masonry-layout/).
I’ve created a page and using PageBuilder have added the masonry widget to that page. But now I’m stymied. What next?
Thanks.
]]>Hi There,
This plugin works as described but I was wondering if there was a snippet of code that I can use to set my brick size with custom post types too? Or is there plans in the future to allow brick settings for custom post types out-of-the-box.
Please let me know as I am really wanting to use this with my custom post type.

I want to get rid of the words “Posted on” as well as the information of who posted it, leaving just the date.

]]>I just want posts of a specific category type to display in my masonry layout. I changed this line of code in so-masonry/tpl/masonry.php:
<?php while($posts->have_posts()) : $posts->the_post(); $settings = SiteOrigin_Masonry::get_settings(get_the_ID()); ?>
to this:
<?php query_posts(‘cat=17’); while($posts->have_posts()) : $posts->the_post(); $settings = SiteOrigin_Masonry::get_settings(get_the_ID()); ?>
The posts are selected as I expected, however, I’ve lost the masonry layout and the post thumbnails as a result of this change. Anyone have any thoughts as to why this happened?
Thanks.
]]>Hi, is it possible to have gutter betveen images used for the masonry? In my opinion, it would be much more visually appealing

Hi! I have previously (only)edited the .css file to change the text and background color to the masonry effect(only chaning the hex colors). But now that I want to change the colors again it doesnt work. And the .css file is labeled as “unactive”. I tried to delete the widget and reinstall it. But the same changes as I did previously still applies.
Do you know why this happens?
Hello,
Would it be possible to show the title and author (maybe in a different color) over the image, so the title is always visible?

Hi,
Any way in which I can add margins(white space) between the bricks in masonry layout? even if it’s editing the css? This would be a great feature to be added to the settings options too in future versions.
Thanks,
Lon
Could it be possible to create a new template that invert the effect? I mean a colored box that will unveil image only on mouse over.

]]>Hi,
Firstly – great plugin!. I would like to be able to add the post excerpt to the text that shows when you mouseover an image in the layout. The standard text that shows is the title, post date an author. Is there a way of adding post excerpt without modifying the plugin code and making it un-updateable?
Any suggestions much appreciated.
