I was so pleased to find this plugin — I’ve been very disappointed with how poorly Facebook formats things — but I have installed it and it just doesn’t seem to have any effect.
I’m definitely not an application expert — here’s the Facebook debugger report on the page I’m testing the plugin on:
It looks (from the “Show All Raw Tags” data) like the plugin is generating the appropriate meta information, but maybe it’s being overridden by duplicate meta information generated by WordPress? If that’s what’s happening I don’t know how to fix it. Can you recommend a fix? Thank you!
]]>Hi, I’ve installed v0.0.6 of this plugin and network activated it.
It wasn’t obvious where to find the metabox (your screenshots show the non-Yoast metabox version), but located it eventually in the Facebook section of Yoast.
Unfortunately the message I see says “Choose how your visitors will see your post when they share it on Facebook.” and only option I have is to “Select Facebook image” (it doesn’t pull through the existing OpenGraph settings). When I select this button, the page refreshes and I’m back to the same place.
What did I do wrong?
Upgrading to Yoast Premium would give me both Facebook and Twitter previews – so perhaps I’ll do that…

P.S. Thank you for all your work on RealFaviconGenerator and this plugin. Love love love your work.
