In recent weeks, nothing is updated in my Facebook, Instagram and YouTube counters, moreover, Facebook app asks me to submit my app to exam but I can’t provide efficient information to pass it. Please help!

The Facebook permissions and API program has been updated. I’ve entered my page slug, page ID, and secret ID into the Social Count Plus settings, but all it will show is 0. What new steps do I have to take on the Facebook Developer side to get the count working again (the documentation is out of date).

Question… LinkedIn counts currently only allow company profiles… has anyone had any luck with getting the count for personal profiles?

I received a notice from facebook for developers that my SocialCountPlus app may need to be reviewed by 13 July 2018. Is this because I am using their API v2.6 (Available until July 13, 2018)? Is there any risk to my facebook social count if I upgrade to the current rev of their API (v3.0)?

Hi,

I am having some display problems with my social counter for Instagram. First of all the icon didn’t display (never fear, I’ve added my own) and secondly there is no comma to seperate 10,000 or 100,000,000 followers count.

Is this a problem unique to me?

April 2016 zum Schutz natürlicher Personen bei der Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten, zum freien Datenverkehr und zur Aufhebung der Richtlinie 95/46/EG (Datenschutz-Grundverordnung).
My question:

Does the plugin submit data about the visitor to facebook/google etc.?
I guess yes, as it (I assume) uses standard facebook code. The law states, that data can only be submitted, if the users agrees to it first.

Two Issues:
(1) my youtube count on the site says “9351” (see footer at https://karenkavett.com/blog/)
BUT my subscriber count is 173K

(2) the count isn’t updating for atleast facebook and instagram… it’s staying where it was when I started them

I recently noticed that my twitch count is down to zero. I went back into my settings, and for Twitch I see there is a field for my username and my Client ID. Where do I get this Client ID? Is this the reason why my count is displaying zero, or is there another bug in the plugin for Twitch?

i installed the plugin and it is super cool. but only problem i’m facing with the horizontal layout is that the huge gaps between the icons and text. vertical layout working fine. kindly show me the solution.

I wanted to request support for streamers who use Mixer, in addition or as an alternative to Twitch. Given Microsoft’s purchase of the Beam network, their rapid growth, and their hunt for more partners right now, it’s a platform a lot of us who work professionally in streaming are moving to, and it would be great to include those numbers in our social counts.

I’m trying to display the total number of Users(All Roles) in the widget. However, the plugin is asking me to insert a URL. What URL am I supposed to insert in this field box? I’ve tried using the Users url in my admin dashboard and that doesnt work.

Hi, I was wondering if there was an easy way to add a few of the counts together for a total reach and display it on my site? Iv’e been trying to do it for days but have had no success. Or if there is no easy fix is there anyway the next update could be something that adds all the counts you have turned on together to get your total reach. All help is appreciated! Will donate if you help ??

P.S. The total reach on my site currently just shows my Instagram count since it is my largest following.

Good afternoon, do not live update youtube subscribe counters and like counters facebook. The counters are updated only after the plug-in settings are re-saved. But it’s not automatically updated.

The Instagram follower count stopped updating.

I tried following some other support requests that seemed similar, to repopulate the Instagram Access Token, and now I don’t have one at all, and I cannot generate a new one.
