The Facebook settings button for the Social Counter is not working. I have tried updating WordPress and the plugin but it still persists. On the console log, I get the error “Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token ‘)'”

I want to display social data (followers) for 50 people. Each person has their own page on this site. Can I use the plugin in this way?

Hi, love your plugin, but I just discovered one issue. I’ve set values for like counts manually and cache refresh frequency to 1 week. The problem is, when the cache is being refreshed after that one week, values in Facebook’s and Twitter’s icons change, even though they are set manually.

Can you please fix it in the next update?

Hi. When the values for like counts are set manually, does this plugin still connect to Facebook’s or Twitter’s APIs or something?

If the answer is yes, is there any way to disable it since I don’t need it? I want to speed up my site as much as possible.

Hi,

I can not get the Facebook count working, I’ve tried everything. Right now, I’m having to manually update the count every day.

The Twitter count works fine.

Our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/eureporter has all public settings, yet still the count shows 0.

Please help?

This plugin is a wonderful and much better setup than other social counters. HOWEVER, I would be able to give 5 stars if other social networks were added – Instagram, YouTube, etc.

When someone go on my site, I see 404 error in logs for this file:

or
wp-content/plugins/social-counter/font/prisna-social-counter.eot?71690766

I have no wp-content/plugins/social-counter/font folder present in my website.

Is there a way to get rid off this error ?

is it possible to refresh cache faster than 12 hours? Btw plugin is great for fast sites, no API calls and no woff fonts requests

I love how your plugin allows us to change the colors, use transparency, etc., but I personally really would appreciate seeing youtube added on.
