]]>I recently switched my site over to a multi-site so I could install a separate theme on my store (2nd site). The primary site is still my main website, where I have social links pro installed.
I’ve recently noticed that Social Links doesn’t save any changes I make. I have to go into the admin section, deactivate and reactivate the plugin, clear cache, and sometimes that fixes the issue. Most of the time, it doesn’t.

]]>The plugin for great for me for almost a year but out of nowhere I noticed the links weren’t “Linking” anymore. It may have nothing to do with the plugin at all. It could be the theme updated maybe. I don’t check my website often. I have release new music, I create a page for it and that’s it. Any idea what could cause this? Thanks in advance

I��m looking for something like LinkTree or TapLink that allows me to have one page with all of my links separated by categories/titles & then different pages with the categories that have a lot of links & I can change the coloring of the background, links, etc. so they are different.
Does your plugin do that?
And why aren’t you responding to support tickets here? Have you abandoned the plugin?

Since a few days (maybe since the last update, I’m not sure because I don’t try to edit the landing page every day) I can’t create new link buttons anymore. Every time I try, i.e. click on “add a section” and then “link button”, it briefly flashes blue and nothing happens.
I can’t change existing link buttons either, instead they are simply deleted when I want to save changes.
I ask for help, because the tool is just unusable and therefore useless for me right now.

In order to be a correct Mastodon link (as far as I understand) it should only be the last part: @[email protected]

]]>I fiddled around with various background colours for my link buttons. I realized I prefer a transparent background but see no way of reverting to a transparent background for the buttons in the UI. Could you assist? I might be overlooking something obvious.

I’m having an issue where after updating my social link pages and clearing my site’s cache, the mobile version (the most important version, of course) is not updating. The web version is showing correctly. I noticed while I was updating the page that the preview wasn’t updating with my changes in real time, but thought it was OK because when I reloaded the tab they were there. Any suggestions?

Thanks for this awesome plugin, I’m really enjoying it! I’ve encountered a problem however and I hope you may be able to help me sort it. At the bottom of the page, the Powered by footer covers the cookie consent buttons. The cookie consent text covers the bottom section button, as well.

Lovely tool. Would be nice to be able to use my own hex code colors.
But the main part is the branding/non-whitelabeling. It might be acceptable if it was just at the bottom, but on my phone it’s on the bottom of the screen no matter where you’re scrolled to on the screen – i.e. your branding is almost equivalent to mine.
Not worth $150 to clear. You might rethink the pricing structure, maybe have a cheaper price to just get rid of that part. And definitely think about just sticking the branding at the bottom of the page and not overlaying when scrolled up.
