If youre in the business of making absolutely sure your WP posts are being pushed to Facebook, then this app could be dangerous and costly. There will be no warning from the support team when their server crashes… and it crashes alot. You’ll probably find out your posts havent been sending after a day or two after its too late to do something. Its happened to our business 3 times now in less than 2 months, and takes the support team about 24-48 hours to fix. Each time they have admitted to us the issue was on their end and everyone using the app was unfortunately impacted. Unacceptable. As of this posting, we are again dead in the water, with zero warning.

I publish the article and plugin correctly and post it to Facebook. However, when I update the article, it posts it to FB again. So you can end up with dozens of redundant postings of the same article. Crazy. To avoid it, you need to manually switch off the post buttons before you hit the update button. Sometimes some writers forget, of course, so every day there is one incident that an article is posted like five times on Facebook. FB is penalizing it so it is destroying our social network’s reach and credit.
The developer said it was a bug and didn’t respond for two months. Terrible customer service. The worst WP plugin I have ever experienced.
We are desperate what to do now. Does someone know an alternative? It could be paid, I just need it to work.
