]]>Hi, I’ve noticed its possible to manually sync posts via the dashboard, is it possible to do this via code? I’m trying to use regular CRON to hook in to wp-cron so the social stats don’t require visitors to go on to the page.
To do this I’m using Crontrol to manually add a wp-cron task but it needs to hook in to a function that syncs up all posts within x months.
Hope this clear enough and I would be grateful if you can assist me with this ??

Looks like a similar issue had been started in a topic below, but it was closed.
We noticed an extremely large mysql log seemingly caused by the plugin. The log shows:

Any idea why the plugin is trying to put thousands of entries in a “cron” option? Is there a cleanup that should run once a year or more? Shouldn’t it be entering database entries rather than loading the entirety into memory and then into a record?

]]>Over the last couple of days as stats for items updated, Facebook counts started dropping(seems to happen in small amounts all the time as shares age out of API access?) but they’ve now disappeared altogether. Things that I know have over 500 for Facebook are showing nothing at all.
No error from the plugin about connection failures or whatever, just no more information. Did something change on the FB end to break the API?

What a nice plugin ! I just have one question. How can I see (for exemple in Facebook lines) how many shares and how many likes. I just have Total Social Count and (i.e on Facebook : 464, on G+ 25 and total Count : 489). But I can’t see likes or shares ??

Thanks for wonderful plugin. Is it possible to filter the data by monthly basis. For example I just want to see the post I publish on December 2016. And how about exporting data on monthly basis too, which will reduce the load of exporting and error.

First of all: thank you for a great plugin!
I run a plaform that aggregates material from about 65 different sources with canonical links. I use SMT to rank the articles from these sources according to their social media performance and publish lists of the 50 best performing articles every month. It’s been working perfectly fine until now. my databbase has got about 35 000 articles.
When I look at the stats for june, none of the articles that I know are top ranked are present in the top. And when I set the time range to 3 months, articles that have been shown in the top earlier are gone. This is a very serious issue for me, and quite urgent. Any advice?
I’d also like to note that I’d be happy to pay for a premium version.

There is a problem with the metric for example in this post:
More than 34K interactions on Facebook Addthis Plugin… but only captures a few 69 for Social Metrics.
