My site runs Facebook Comments.
After installing the social-network-user-detection plug-in the comment count stops working. It’s a no go for us.

Be very careful when mapping your custom variables to the segment – if you accidentally use the same custom variable twice, your analytics will be off for a period of time and entirely useless.

Hi!
First of all, congratulations! It’s an amazing plugin!

I’m having a little issue as there seems to be something wrong with the Facebook detection. I’m getting numbers on the other 3 but not on FB, which btw, it’s the biggest source of my traffic.

I’ve checked and double checked the segment to see if the settings were correct and I found nothing wrong.

Not sure it’s relevant or not (as I’m getting numbers from the other segments) but I didn’t create a new app. I used one I already had for FB integration.
