]]>4.1 the toolbar doesn’t appear at all. I’ve tried the header code and the plugin but nothing.
I use Genesis and i also have BWP Minify and SG SuperCacher Plugins. When i disabled those two plugins and with the code installed on the header it loaded but only for the first pageview. :/
Also the plugin doesn’t appear anywhere in my backend.
I can only see that it is installed via the plugin search function when i search for social toolbar and i hit the details of the plugin it says installed.
It doesn’t appear in the plugin editor either. I can only access it through my server files.

I have removed the plugin from my site as it is causing a number of issues especially with SSL. The mailchimp add on also did not work.

]]>Paid for the pro version less than 12 months ago and since you changed the pricing model and made people slaves to your new web interface, my toolbar is now useless.
Signed up using the new website with the same email address linked to my PayPal account but still only have access to the useless free version. Please arrange a refund immediately.

]]>A long while ago, I tried to contact you to ask if you could please fix your apps short comings in regards to the efficiency of your app. I optimized your app and then your update over writes the modifications I did. Your app is contributing to bad SEO and slows down all your customers sites that host your app.
Please go to https://www.gtmetrix.com and run a scan on your site. The following items need to be fixed.
At the very least, please fix all your images. Every image should be the correct size and properly optimized for web use.
I would even go as far to make sure your images are set to 8 bit/channel and 256bit color. Then resize them to the exact needed size and then yahoo smushit or another similar tool.
Using adobe photoshop web optimize feature is not enough. You can optimize the images to where there is 0% loss of quality and still have screaming fast images. Contact me if you want, I can help.
Hi,
I’ve downloaded the plugin and set it up. When i place the name of my social sites, the links don’t point to the links specified.
The only link that seems to appear is the one to twitter, but not facebook, linked in or vimeo.
Is there any solution for this?

It finishes off the site beautifully and gives me most of what I need in the footer, though I’m looking forward to being able to add some text and links.
One thing I’m concerned about is the non-functionality with iPads as if certain links are found exclusively in the footer it’s not great when the footer doesn’t show up.
Will you get round to fixing that so that it works with iPads and tablets, too?

]]>First off, I love the Social Toolbar! I still have the free version because the company I work for does not need anymore of the Social Profiles than what’s on the Free version.
Right now, the toolbar show Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google+.
When the icons are displayed, it shows ” F IN G+” and that can be taken as inappropriate!
I was just wondering since I have the free version if you could tell me how to rearrange at least one of them? Thank you!

I was wondering if there was any way of being able to make the toolbar just simply stay at the top of the page instead of sliding down the page when you scroll down, if that makes sense? (so that when you scroll down it doesn’t scroll down with the page).
