I would like to use it bellow post and pages in horizontal mode.
I was changing css and I think now will work fine in horizontal but I don′t know which code to use.
Can any tell me what I need to do? I need the php code to insert in my single.php and pages templates.

first of all the social icons look superb, glossy and very cool and you have done a great job.
Just a suggestion for future development – are you able to add:-
a) A LinkedIn icon
b) or Option to share with various other social media including LinkedIn
c) Send Email
d) Print & PDF
This would then be perfect.

The plugin is activated, but I don’t find any menu to configure it, or to add it to the pages.
