I go into email settings and enter a test email. I have checked debugging.
Not sure how debugging feature works but I don’t see anything to tell me why email does not go out.

Your instructions state that this is the short-code [sola_nl_sign_up] to use.
Trying this, even on normal page: produces this error.

And that as you press accept [ subscription ] after filling in your name and email address; it’s also the exactly the same as the error that I get with my Boxzilla popup maker.
My theme provides its own short-codes, and produced this [do_widget id=sola_nl_subscribe_widget-2] short code, and the exact same error occurs using that as it does above using yours.
NOW! – Placing the [Sola Newsletter Subscribe] widget in the side bar on your site, and the newsletter plugin works as it should, but not anywhere else.
I been trawling your forums, but apart from HTML and CSS being used in changing the subscription PHP code, then I’ve got nothing. You got any pointers that I might try next?

When we acquired the pro version, easy import AND easy export was promised.
The plugin seems pretty simple, only one issue. When I received the test email it is wider than my email client. I have to scroll back and forth to read the content.
How do I force the newsletter templates to be a reasonable size so readers don’t have to scroll back and forth to read the content?

Just tried sending a newsletter and am getting
Every time i try changing a setting, the plugin takes me to a blank page that says “Are you sure you want to do this?” with no other words or buttons to confirm. In the console is this error during settings changes:

In the Settings page the plugin is also indicating that my license key is invalid, even though it should be good for another entire month, it says “We cannot verify your API key. Is your API key active?”.

I have the pro version installed and everything working just fine, except that I can’t access to the subscribers lists. I am getting an HTTP 500 error.
Don’t have a clue about how long things are like this, since I send the newsletter weekly but haven’t been adding subscribers for almost two weeks now.
Now that I needed to I can’t get access.
I’ve already erased and replaced both pro and regular plugins through FTP but nothing changed.
The plugin error log stopped registering anything on the 31 of December.
Have you got any idea of what it may be and what can I do?

Just installed the plugin few hours back. However, I am unable to send and receive e-mails. I have not added any subscribers in the list except my personal mail ID.
Under “How to Send Your Mail”, I selected Gmail. Inserted username: [email protected] and password and selected SSL Encryption. The Mail throttling option automatically changes to “My mail is sent through Gmail” with predefined no. of mails to be sent every hour.
While Testing the Mail Settings, I get following error:
“SMTP ERROR: Failed to connect to server: Connection refused (111)
SMTP connect() failed.
Error sending mail”
I changed the Mail Sending type to “WordPress mail”. I do not get any error while testing the mail settings. But I didn’t receive any test message.
I tried different options – changed my username to try different mail accounts including my personal e-mail ID. But I get the same Connection error as stated above.
Please help.

]]>Using a wp-cron viewer I can see all the actions on the site that have cron entries and their schedules. When a newsletter won’t send I go to the viewer and can see that sola_cron_send_hook is gone. Disabling and Enabling the plugin restores the sola_cron_send_hook entry and the newsletter continues sending normally.
Is there something that can be done to keep the sola_cron_send_hook entry from getting removed? I thought it could be Wordfence, but so far haven’t seen any real evidence to point to that.

]]>Hello I have the Pro Version, working on my site, but anytime I try to access the Subscriber list I get an “Fatal error: Allowed memory size “, I have a dedicated server, so I had increased the memory up to 512M but anytime I increase the memory and click to check the subscribers list the plug in is asking for more memory.

I think in normal situations a company will stay with one kind of theme (or their own theme) so it’s a two-click intermediate step to choose first a theme (may be the only one) and choose the next step every time.

I’m currently running the premium version of Nifty Newsletters, and have a query I hope the devs can help me with.
So I have a WP install inside a WP install, the main WP site is for ecommerce/etc, the second WP install is in a subfolder of the main site and is used purely for blogging.
The newsletter program works great on the site it is installed to, but is there a way to capture signups from within the 2nd WP site? I looked into setting up a iframe-popup to signup from the 2nd site to the main site, looked into WP site connectors, looked into using a signup plugin (couldn’t find nifty newsletters ‘action form’ to get this one working).
Any ideas?

]]>I’m using this plugin to send some newsletters within our company network with WP-Mail and was asked by our mail admins to fix the Return-Path in the mail-header.
I found some hints in the module_sending.php and/or class.phpmail.php but changing it to get an idea how it works, didn’t help.
can you give me a hint how to change the Return-Path or set it to the sender’s e-mail?

Love this plugin and i’m using the free version. The last weeks i sent out some automatic newsletters when a new blogpost was created. Worked fine. I’m using the latest version 4.0.14.
Today i made a new blogpost and no newsletter was sent out. If i test the sendout in the layouts it works. The only change i am aware of since the last working newsletter (3 days ago) was the update today of 2 plugins. It was “Justified Image Grid” and “Facebook Widget”.
I have read an older supportticket where someone had trouble with jquery after update. I dont know if “Justified Image Grid” is using this but maybe it’s a usefull hint. There are no entries in the error-logs of your plugin for the publishing time of the post.
Any suggestions? Newsletter settings weren’t change at all.

I’ve tried about 6 times with various browsers and devices to pay for nifty via paypal but get an the error message “an error occurred on last click” from paypal. I don’t think your woo is talking to paypal nicely. ?? Let me know when you sort it out or if there is another way I can pay and I will. Thanks

my installation works fine but when my subscriber gets the email to verify, he will be linked to a non existing page like that: https://domain.de/nl-confirm-signup__trashed/?action=sola_nl_confirmation&sub_key=the-key-is-here
But this site doesnt exist how can I fix that? A reinstallation of the plugin isnt possible the plugin data are still the same in database as before.
