It’s a very good free plugin, with the same or higher level than similar commercial plugins.
The only thing that I would highly recommend adding is the ability to put the bar on the sides of the page.

I was searching sooooo hard for something like this. We wanted to add a simple call to action bar at the bottom but nothing seemed to work.
I think this is especially important for sites that provide services. We don’t really need people to sign up for our newsletter, but having call to action buttons for customers to easily reach us is definitely what we wanted.

I have installed many plugins that have promised great functionality over the years. Often, I am disappointed with the results or discover I have to pay for the “pro” version to get the features I want. That is not the case with Speed Contact Bar! All features are totally free.
Recently I realized that I was losing a number of potential clients visiting my website who were trying to send text messages through my business landline. Unfortunately, they did not get notification that they were trying to text message a landline. Because I did not know they were trying to send a text message, I could not respond to their inquiry.
I posted a request to add a text message button to Speed Contact Bar and within a few days, Martin (the developer), added that feature! I have bought a ton of software over the years and I have never seen that fast a response for a new feature.
Because this plugin is 100% free, the developer’s only income is through donations. Because I see the value in this plugin and want to see it supported for many years to come, I made a donation.

The plugin should make use of icons generators like fontawesome. The downside is that once cannot change the icon or even the icon color. Currently there is only light and dark which is very limited. If this plugin where to offer that additional feature I would give it 5 stars!

It works incorrectly. Many settings do not work. If you disable or even remove the plugin, the contact bar stays in place.
To disable it you need to change theme.

Great plugin when you want to give visitors an easy tool to contact you by phone, email or social media. The bar is highly customizable and the developers of the bar really offer the best support you could imagine. My feature request was implemented only a couple of days after the request!

Great plugin, does exactly what it says. I had a theme with no top bar, but need to add one. Saved me from having to directly edit the template files. UPDATE: Looks like the plugin author added support for Fax numbers with their most recent update. If I could give this plugin another star I would just for going the extra mile and adding support for this feature. Great plugin, great support!

Out of the box, this plugin is simply amazing. I needed to make some changes to it, but ran into trouble and Martin personally helped me out, both promptly and courteously.
