We have two queries as referred here. Can you please help.
Thanks.
]]>Hi, I want to purchase your calendar but want to see if this feature exists — my client has repeat events weekly however there are certain “exception dates” in which maybe its a holiday or something and we cannot do it that day – do you have an exception rule for something like that?
]]>The calendar has disappeared from the top menu. When I go to the menu building page the Calendar menu item is coloured pink and it says (invalid). What do I need to do to get it working?
I have updated WordPress to the latest version.

]]>It’s 2022. So why is the default year showing up as 2020? What’s the fix for this?
Thank you.
We are developing a new site and needed to embed the calendar but when we do so the pop-up info boxes do not work. Is there a way around this so the calendar can stay where it’s at but the pop-ups work? We do not want to duplicate data entry into two different calendars.
]]>Hi, here is a link to the video I made for you – NO DATE works at all when I pick it.
WHy is this happening? Thanks
]]>When I try to put a new event , say on 1/15/2022, it saves and says that it is published, but the event does not show up on the calendar. Events that were placed earlier are showing up, just not new events. I have tried deactivating all other plugins and tried changing themes and the behavior persisted. Can you please help me troubleshoot?
]]>The date february is not showing on the calendar, also february 28 is missing.
]]>An event of the calendar is displayed in a popup window (e.g. https://demo.10web.io/spider-calendar/).
After a WordPress update (I don’t know which one) the event is displayed in a browser page and no longer in a popup window. To return to the main page the back button of the browser must be used.
That change in usage is hard to explain to the clients of our website.
Help is requested. We have installed Spider Event Calendar Version 2.5.62.
This message shows on the left hand side of this page, can you help please.
]]>Hi,
A couple of years ago, I asked if it was possible to remove the numbers for each event (we only ever have one event a day).
You gave me this css to add:
#bigcalendar1 table td:first-child {
color: transparent !important;
}
However, this no longer works, and instead is removing the word ‘Sun’ from the calendar.
Is there another/new way to remove the numbers?
Thanks!
John
]]>Hello, my site has been using the spider events calendar for a while now but we have recently noticed that visitor can view the calendar current month on the front end but when they try to scroll to the next month they get a

Has anyone come across this before and is there a way I can fix this?
TIA

My Spider calendar isn’t showing up on my website. I can change events and see it when I am signed in but not when I log out
]]>Why are they repeating if they were created with the “Don’t Repeat this Event” tag?
Thanks!
]]>While in the calendar if a user chooses the “Speaker” Category from the bottom of the page, the events show up.
But all 4 of these March events (3/3,3/15, 3/21, 3/23) were created and posted years before (03/03/18, 03/15/18, 03/21/19, 03/23/17). They are all marked as “Don’t Repeat this event”. They are repeating the next years.
Any idea why?
Thanks, BBtheWeb
Hello,
is the calendar compatible with any other plugin that manages wordpress roles and permissions?
we need to create several user logins so that a user can only view his calendar and add / edit / delete events only for his calendar. What solution do you propose?
For repeated events, when you click on the link for the event in the calendar, the popup shows European dates which is very confusing for our users. We don’t have it et for that anywhere else in our webpage and I don’t see how to edit that in spider calendar.
]]>I have been trying to fix this all afternoon. I started adding new re accuring events to the calendar I got the error of ” the link you have followed is expired”
The newest update is not tested on 5.32 so am hesitant to load it. I have tried to delete the plug in and get the same error message. Please get back to me on how to delete the plug in entirely. I need to move on. This calendar is on a non profit site and we cannot move to the paid version.
Thank you
Please get back to me on this as soon as possible.
Is it possible in the widget to show events when hovering, not clicking?
]]>Hello,
How can i move categories from bottom to top, what file a need to edit?
Thanks.

]]>Hi,
I try to integrate the widget for upcoming events on a page using elementor.
It doesn’t work, the list stay blank, even though there are events programmed.
The calendar is working otherwise fine.
Is it an compatibility issue between Elementor and Spider Calendar or am I doing something wrong?
Thanks,
Mathieu.
Hi! The calendar on my site shows events like it should until you choose a category, and then it shows all years instead of just the current year? This is confusing to my viewers. Is there a fix for this?
]]>Hi,
Sold this site a couple of years ago, and just now they contacted me regarding that the bookings arent visible in the calendar.
I’ve verified it, made a booking from admin-interfae, but it still shows as available in calendar-view.
Hi everyone,
I’m using spider calendar and ultimate member.
In my widget, i’d like to show some events only to special members
The onlu configuration I found is “show to everyone”, “show to user logged-in” and “show to user logged-out”.
Is there a shortcode or a way to choose you can see each category ?
Thank’s in advance
Philippe
