When updating the php files for my theme, I get the following error message:
“Unable to communicate back with the site to check for fatal errors, so the PHP change was reverted. You will need to upload your PHP file change by some other means, such as by using SFTP.”
Every time I make a change to ANY php file I have to disable your plug-in, make the change and then re-enable it. When will a fix be available?
]]>After deactivating Spider Faq, my Evolve theme footers stopped overlapping content.
I have WordPress 5.0.1 and your plugin is tested up to 4.9.9.
I reactivated Spider Faq hoping you can help me fix the problem.
When my Chrome browser is full screen, a large white empty footer box covers the content text just after the Family Home Evening heading. It also pushes sidebar content to the far right.
When I deactivate Spider Faq, the footer box and footer content appear at the bottom of the page where they belong and the sidebar content is where it should be.
]]>Hi, I’ve seen in your FAQs that it is possible to have different FAQs on different pages.
For example FAQs specific to vehicles on ones CARS page and entirely different FAQs on the GARDEN page.
I can’t find a place to create different FAQs. They all just go in to my existing list of FAQs.

I’m having a problem with the plugin since some time ago.
Basically, every time someone uses it and asks a question it appears 3 times in the panel (open questions):
– Who was Darwin?
– Who was Darwin?
– Who was Darwin?
Why is this happening? Some ideas? How could I fix it?
(*) To take in account: I use CloudFlare and HTTPS (I’m saying this cause I think the problem started when I made the change to CloudFlare and SLL).
(**) EXTRA question: How can I edit the plugin so I have a better translation of it (spanish)?

-Open wordpress site in safari
-Navigate to page with Spider FAQ plugin
-Search content in FAQ search bar
-Page postbacks(refreshes) but does not contain search result and shows all FAQ items

]]>I have several of FAQ categories and dozens of questions. Suddenly In the dashboard, I only see one category, one question, etc.
They still show up in the blog, just not in the dashboard and I can’t edit the existing categories and questions. the FAQ’s themselves show up in the dashboard.

i’ve downloaded and installed the spider plug in and it all seems to be working fine except the months are not showing on the calender at all. What’s the solution?
]]>Two categories – one of which already has 3 FAQ’s attached to it – are not showing on the FAQ page. I have the latest version of the plugin installed.
Any idea what might cause this?
I had removed the ’empty’ category (which was actually still showing at that time) and I have recreated it, but it isn’t showing anymore, as is the one with 3 questions linked to it.

The rule is too generic as it applies to ALL submit buttons, not only for the ones for spider-faq form. The background-image: none !important is breaking my theme style.

In the top bar of the dashboard (not the sidebar!) there is an option called ‘New’. Under that there is ‘Post’, ‘Page’, ‘Forum’, ‘TablePress Table’ depending of the plugins installed. Would it be possible to add ‘Question’ under this menu ?

Is there any possibility to have a URL pointing directly to ONE of the questions ? I see some possibilities:
– It could be the full list that is shown with one question expanded
– or just one question that shows on screen
– or using the search in the URL as ‘get’ and not ‘post’ ?

– All 100 can be seen by Administrators
– 60 of them can be seen by Editor
– 20 of them by authors

Hi, after a recent update my FAQs page has an error referring to session cookies and cache limiters.
The affected page is https://www.cashflowit.com.au/faqs/

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin in. The error went away after uninstalling the Spider FAQ Plugin, but as soon as it was re-installed the error reappeared. I also deleted the FAQ categories and re-created them and the error came back. Any help to rectify this would be appreciated.
