My experience with Spocket has been nothing short of a nightmare. After canceling my plan and removing my credit card, they still charged me! This is outright robbery. My account shows no active plan, and there’s no invoice to justify the charge. To make matters worse, their support team was completely useless, and I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. The store setup never worked, and they ignored my support tickets. This service is a scam—stay far away!

I recently signed up for Spocket, only to find out that I was being charged multiple subscription fees. Upon contacting their customer support team, I was extremely disappointed with their lack of willingness to resolve the issue and provide a refund. The team was unhelpful and uncooperative, providing vague and unsatisfactory responses to my concerns.
I attempted to cancel my “free” trial period on the last day of the trial, but I was already charged the $49 fee. I contacted support which claim they have “escalated” the issue and will get back with me 48-72 hours later. After 72 hours no update either directly or via Paypal dispute. To my shock, Spocket changed me another $49 and claims I have now created a second account and that trial has expired. I have now paid Spocket a total of $98 for absolutely nothing. I am now having to cancel my card and update all other services just to avoid spocket changing by account at their leisure. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Fair treatment to their customers is not a something this organization cares about.

Also, JAM is always willing to help no matter what you are asking for! I just sent her an inquiry about 15 products from different suppliers and she had no problem with it. If this is not a top of line support, then what is it?

Spocket brings good quality products to my drop shipping store. About half of my sales are from Spocket products. The ability to search for US shipped products that ship fast makes it a better platform than Ali in my mind. Customer support has been good too whenever I have a question about an order or technical question.

Spocket has been the easiest dropshipping to use that I have found. They have LOTS of products with varying pricing. You can filter and choose things that are free shipping to where it ships from. It easily integrates with Woocommerce and many other ecommerce stores. Very happy so far!

This plugin and Spocket platform has a lot of potential; unfortunately, they had a really serious bug in their plugin and platform that deleted my Professional subscription. That’s a big issue. But, what makes matters worse is that I contacted support via email (since my subscription was deleted I could not do chat) and I got nothing by automated response. After a week, support still does not care enough to even have a real human get in touch with me, let alone fix the my account problem.
Here are the details.
I went on Spocket portal and entered my email address to look around. I liked the products I saw and was ready to get the subscription going. I paid for an entire year for the Professional plan. I completed account creation. I received a welcome email. Everything was looking great.
I spent a couple of hours looking through products and adding the best I could find my Product List. I added nearly 50 items and was finally ready to connect my WooCommerce store.
I downloaded their plugin. I got a connection key from my Spocket account. I entered it into the plugin settings and clicked connect. I went through the authorization screen with no issues and then was redirected to Spocket portal. Then I realized, I was NOT connected to my Spocket account with active subscription.
See, the Spocket plugin logged me into Spocket portal using my store admin email, which was different that the email account I used to sign up to Spocket.
I thought it was no big deal. I removed the plugin. I changed my store admin email to be the same one I used for my Spocket account. Then, I re-downloaded the plugin and went through the activation process again. This time, when the Spocket plugin uses my store admin email, it would be the same as the one I already have an active subscription on. Wrong!
After I was redirected to Spocket, I was indeed connected to Spocket via the same email address I had an active subscription on. BUT MY ACCOUNT AND SUBSCRIPTION WERE OVERRIDDEN AND REMOVED. Again, my account and active subscription were overridden and removed.. my payment method was gone, my product list was gone, my active subscription was gone; the only thing remained was my name and account password for some reason.
At that point I figured it was a bug of some sort. Since I did not follow the likely subscription happy path: someone downloads the plugin, connect to Spocket, then Subscribe. I thought it was something that Spocket can easily fix.. just add my subscription back to my account. Apparently, that was wishful thinking.
Since I was no longer a Professional subscriber, I lost access to chat support. I could only email support. I figured no big deal, I would just have to wait a day or so to hear back. I was wrong again.
I emailed support and got an auto message saying I would hear back within 24 hours. When I did not after 2 days, I email again. Then I waited another day and nothing still happened.
After 3 emails, I finally got an automated message from a support team member saying they are looking at the issue and will get back to me soonest
I waited another 2 days and heard nothing back. I followed up via email again and heard nothing back.
After another 2 days, it has been a week since I first experienced the issue. I followed up to ask if they are able to give me access back to my already paid-for subscription that I never got to actually use OR they can refund my original payment method. Guess what, I got yet another automated message from a support team member.. same exact one as before just with a different name.
At this point, I am not even sure that after a week an actual human has looked into my case. To me, it seems it would be a simple fix.. just add my subscription back to my account or refund me the money and ask me to subscribe again.
Issues happen but what matters most is how support handles these issues; that’s what makes the difference when you have to rely on another company for your business and livelihood. How can I trust that if another issue were to occur that it would be addressed?
I read another comment here about issues a store owner had with suppliers and how he received bad support. After my experience, it is very concerning because it now seems to me that bad support is a norm and a pattern. Based on that, I doubt I will use it (after I get my money back).. but, we will see what happens.

Spocket has it all.
I have attempted drop-shipping utilising so many different plug-ins and so many extensions that I was at the verge of giving up (again!).
However, I thought “I’ll give spocket a go…” Well today I set up my domain, my hosting and put a SSL certificate onto the website. Then off I went, downloaded wordpress, downloaded woocommerce, downloaded classic (haven’t tried blocks yet), then had a look at what I needed in addition to operate Spocket – answer:nothing.

only good for north american customers really. Also, if you use Shopify theirs free versions or much cheaper versions for what these guys are doing which normally have much better products as well, even better than their so-called ‘premium products’ lol. Premium products, really? Some of them I could find on aliexpress in 30 seconds they should just be part of the normal products but no, whoever owns the software obviously cares much more about lining their pockets

I have just signed up and still on my trial. I had problems connecting my woocommerce store and they have been contacting me daily and they even extended my trial (AWESOME!).
The issue was with my site due to plugin conflicts and I had to upgrade to the latest PHP. Now it is working good!! I will continue with my review as time progresses and I am sure that things will be ok as long as I work correctly. I am eager to succeed like others have with Spocket.

STAY AWAY
My nightmare with Spocket began 6 months ago. I liked the idea to have a subscription with spocket because It was a good option to add more products to my existing online store, that has been in the market for many years with a policy of same day shipping and great reputation, until spocket showed up. What a nightmare.
The first problem that I had and kept having during my subscription, was the delay in shipments, the suppliers take more than what they say, which caused me a lot of chargeback fees and a lot of bad reviews. I still, after requesting the cancelation of the subscription, have 2 pending orders, one of those has a delay of more than 1 and a half month and the other more than 1 week delay, and this has happened many times.
The second mayor issue happened when Spocket sent me, after 20 days without shipping an order, an email saying that I had to pay extra $70 dollars to ship the product, because the supplier was saying that. And Im talking about a little fanny bag. When I complained, first they cancelled the order without my consent, and then I complained for that and they told me, that if I wanted to reopen the order and ship it, I had to pay extra $70 dollars. After many chats with ramdom customer service people, finally, they reopened the order and ship it.
The third problem and maybe the worst. One of its suppliers, that I picked to sell more than 100 products in my marketplace, is a complete scam. I had to refund and received returns of a lot orders because the photos of the products does not correspond in quality and design with the products delivered. After checking out everything I discovered that the photos of the swimshorts are renders made on a computer and are not photos of real products. (all this was shared on time with customer service, that is more like a psychologist who listen you but does not solve anything).
I even requested refunds in some of the issues that I had and I refunded the customers, but the answer from customer service was always in circles, and always saying that they were going to send my request to financial, but never ever financial contacted me, and of course, never received a refund.
My nightmare was almost every week, I got a lot of bad reputation and I never reported spocket or had a bad review, Because as a business owner I know how horrible is a bad review, and I never leave bad reviews. But after the last 1 month delay and a horrible review from a customer to my business I took the decision to tell my experience with a 1 star review. Immediately as magic somebody contacted me and offered me 3 free months to delete the message. Clearly I felt offended for the offer, I was not requesting to continue the subscription I was just cancelling this nightmare. But then they offered me refund me the value of 3 subscriptions to delete the comment. And my question was, but who is going to delete the comments of my customers on my social media?, this is insulting.
But after a lot of time expressing my disappointment with this company I gave up, and I accepted to delete the comment if they cancel my subscription and refund me the value of 5 monthly $49 subscription. That was not going to repair all the damage this company made to my business, at least they were going to cancel my subscription.
They waited on the phone to confirm that I deleted the comment, and after I did it, they confirmed me that they were going to refund me the value of 5 monthly subscriptions.
Ok, the nightmare continued when I walked up in the morning and they refunded 4 times $19 dollars, but not only that, they were saying that refunded to expired credit cards. So they do not only bribed me, waited for me to do my part of the agreement, but also they did not comply with their part of the agreement.
I dont know how this company is still in the market, and by the way guys, NOBODY is going to be rich or have a decent income, selling overpriced products, that are not shipped, that the photos are not the same as the delivered products, the customer service does not work at all, and do not maintain their word and any other marketplace sells the same products for less money.
This is my experience, and has been a nightmare since week 1. And it keeps going and going, because, they made me delete my review, they have not delivered the delayed products from open orders, but also they sent the supposed refund (to delete the comment) for less than half of what they promised to an expired credit card.
Never again Spocket.
By the Way, the following is the last message the person from financial sent me today, how charm:
“Ok thank you Andres. We do have sufficient evidence that we have provided you a full refund via Stripe. So we have maintained our end of the agreement, and we were, in fact, offering to go above and beyond. We will now engage our legal team as well if you feel that is the best course of action.” Kaylee
To be clear, I have explained many times that they are “refunding” the money, which is not the amount we agreed, to EXPIRED CREDIT CARDS, that no money is going to enter my account, but they keep saying the lie, because their interest is the DELETE THE COMMENT.
I don’t want to have business with a company that is damaging my reputation, but also is charging to damage my reputation, but also every time one of my customers place an order I can not sleep because I dont know if they are going to ship the order on time, or if I have to pay extra to ship it, or if the product has poor quality, does not look like the photos, or any other problem. A nightmare in progress!!!
To be clear I was bribed to delete a comment, and they never pay their part of the agreement. The never pay me any compensation for the reputational damages to my business.
