Looks great until you download and realize literally every function you may want to use you need to shell out $35 for. Otherwise you only get a small profile badge.
Maybe it’s for you. Go for it. Just understand this is not a free plugin.

Tried the free version at https://www.topcatt.nz but it did very little. Determined to share my Spotify activity and playlists with my website visitors, I paid for the pro version. It was ok but I’ve since abandoned my interest in this – just too hard!

I buyed the Spotify Master Addons one year ago and they works great. But with the new version 4.2.2 the addons don’t work anymore. So i read the various forums and instructions on techgasp’s webiste and the only solution I found for my problem is to contact the support to restore the plugin.
Now i’m waiting already a week(!) and there is no reaction from the “Award Winning Professional Support” (LOL). Very sad ??

The free version is not worth your time. I imagine that the $35+ version is great, but too expensive and no way to test it. The free version does nothing.

So the Spotify Master is really just a slightly easier way to use the Spotify embed feature. An equally easy way is to do it here: https://developer.spotify.com/technologies/widgets/spotify-play-button/
Oh, even better? I tried to get a refund the day of purchase, but they won’t reply to my support requests or tickets or emails. It’s been 20+ weeks, and no reply. I’ve done several tickets and they’re just ignoring me. Terrible. Terrible. Don’t get it.

non existent technical support – a disgrace on a paid for widget. I’d recommend that you avoid paying for this and just use the Spotify instructions on the Spotify site for follow buttons, players etc

Sorry, but we shouldn’t have to waste our time trying to figure out why this doesn’t work, only to later learn that we have to buy the [overpriced] add-ons. It’s only fair to let everybody know beforehand, instead of plastering the WordPress plugin page full with enticing screenshots.

I find the use of widgets and short code easy.
It′s pity that you have to have Spotify installed to actually play the track, but that is by design.

I activated this plugin on my site, and I have to disagree with the ‘No Errors’ statement in the Description. I spent over an hour trying to figure out why i continued to get a “You do not have sufficient privileges to access this page” as a Super Admin to my site.
It refused to work, even after removing all permission/user caps in the plugin. I’d happily change my rating if the plugin is improved, but in its current release it is unusable by my WordPress Installation.
