Does this plugin completely disable native WordPress comments? Like disable the endpoint and everything? Even w/o the default WP comment form, bots can continue to add comments via the POST endpoint. Does this plugin disable that?

It looks like it fails in the require_file function located in the class-spotim-options.php file.
Within the require_file function, the validate_file WordPress function returns 2 and causes it to fail validation, which in turn causes a blank admin screen.
