Will there be a way to send invoices to other companies over a peppol access point so we can still use Sprout to send invoices after 1 jan 2026 when this is obligated in most European countries ?

Since the update of today, I have problems with differents parts of the plugin :
After creating an estimate and choose to send a notification by email to the customer, it hangs on the turning circle. Refreshing the page and pressing again the button “send notification” send the notification.
On the?estimate?page,?pressing?“accept?estimate”?make?the?page?hang?on a?loading.?Refreshing the page says that the estimate has been accepted but not invoice has been created.

I was testing sprout invoice woo commerce integration and during a testing of paiement with woo commerce, I couldn’t pay because of an error “the string did not match the expected pattern.”

I’ve been looking for long time a plugin who would do exactly what your plugin is doing and the integration with form plugin is a brillant idea.
Unfortunatly, I’m having issues with the plugin.
I just started using Sprout invoices yesterday, but I faced issues that got worst and worst.
First?of all,?I?had?issues?with the notification?content.
I was working on the translation of the content of the notification to translate it from French to English.
I’m not really sure what happen during the edit but it duplicate the content of one notification to another one : The content of “Estimate declined” was the same as “Estimate Summary.”
So I used the button “reset” button to reset the content of the notification.
It reset everything except “Estimate Summary”, the one I had issue with.
I couldn’t?find?a?solution?how to?fix?that so i decided to?uninstalled Sprout and reinstalled?it?expecting?it?will?reset?everything but?it?didn’t.
“Estimate Summary” was still with the same content as “Estimate declined.”
I?went?to developer option and “reset?sprout Invoices”?expecting?it?could?reset?more that just invoice.
Unfortunately back to “Rapport”, it still shows data of my precedent estimate I made so the reset of sprout invoices failed.
I uninstalled sprout again, cleared my cache then installed it again and clear my cache again.
now, when I go to “alertes” panel, It show me error :

Hello, We are integrated with WooCommerce products. I need a deposit of $250 paid and I need the customer to be able to pay any amount at any time. 1. Hi, I’m unable to find the option in Paypal’s Developer area for “API Username” and “AP Signature” nor live Webhooks information., and get the “Security header is not valid (Error Code: 10002)” error. I realize this error is generally the result of?having miscopied credentials from PayPal, but I can’t seem to find where to get the info for the above.
(Settings > Payment Processors > Paypal Payments Standard > Enabled > Settinsg)

This is not a TWILIO issue – Sprout is not sending pertinent data. The twilio log does not show the information either.

But every subscriber should have the ability to add their own payment gateway, like Stripe. So every user can add Stripe to receive payments; it’s like invoicing system. Does this plugin support this feature? Or can we customize it to something like this?

I tried generating an invoice programmatically with the help of these snippets:
First creating the client

This seems to work great however the invoice is not sent out and no notifications.
I can do this manually from the invoice but wonder if this can be done programmatically also just after the invoice is created?
…I was also wondering if the invoices has to be public or if there can be some sort of private string/key there?

ACF fields in frontend invoice for the user to insert information directly into the invoice, thus being idenfied after payment in the backend. I know that the paid version has an address addon, which allows editing it, but I don’t think it’s possible to insert new editing fields in the frontend, such as phone, alternative email, etc.
It would be an interesting function to capture user data, such as a checkout, which is the purpose of the invoice, even being able to use it for visiting users, thus identifying them later in the backend.
Your website contains an accessibility statement. It made me hopeful that perhaps the plugin would be accessible as well. I’m very disappointed. Thus far:
1) Form fields in the ‘Create Item” form are totally unlabeled;
2) Docs contain screen shots which are unreadable by those using screen readers. & that’s just in the 1st hour of looking at this plugin.
I may well be requesting a refund. I’d rather be able to use the plugin instead.
WordPress has committed to WCAG 2.0 AA conformance at its core. It’d be wonderful if you folks would do likewise. Failure to do so means you’re leaving money on the table, &, at least from my viewpoint, that’s never a good thing. That doesn’t even address the point that it’s simply the right thing to do. Disabled individuals, often more than any others, can benefit by entrepreneurship. But so often we’re excluded by accessibility obstacles like the ones previously mentioned.

I have downloaded and installed the Canadian Tax addon from your website.
Is there really no settings in the plugin, to have the tax % predefined? It’s silly to have to type them in for every estimate, for every item. Don’t you think? Counterproductive for someone having to do 40 quotes a day.
Moreover the GST checkmark that applies the 5% tax does not remain checked. Why is that? I check it, then save the estimate, and it’s unchecked upon refreshing. So weird. I can’t use this …

My client paid the invoice (i set up the payment button to not catch the billing address and only the credit card numbers).
the money was never received and shows as an incomplete payment on Stripe while it shows as PAID in Sprout.
stripe show payment_intent.created though but incomplete “the customer has not completed the payment”
please help as the money is stuck and stripe supports says the client needs to complete the order on the site which is not possible

]]>Hi, When I try to edit an invoice it appears all the AJAX-style features are not working properly (leaving me unable to save)
Tags like <b> and <p> are not rendered, they instead display as their tag
adding a task/etc leaves the spinning “working” icon endlessly spinning
updating any of the fields does appear to save in the database however the total does not update
Any ideas?
