Hi – i have the woocommerce square plugin installed in my site and it all has been working fine until recently when someone bought a ticket on my site and square charged the person but woocommerce said the payment failed. i just went to check the settings and can open every tab under settings except for “integrations” – when i click that it just spins and spins.
any thoughts?
Hi, This is nice plugin, exactly what i need for a website. However i still need your assistance regarding checkout. How can i make user to only checkout via SqaureUp instead of Paypal or Stripe etc in WordPress

sudo apt-get install curl libcurl3 libcurl3-dev php5-curl
Then restart apache.
Without this, nothing appears to happen. There’s no mention of it, and I only found it out because I turned on the debug messages in square-dashboard.php.
After installing that undocumented requirement, it works.

I can’t get this plugin to work at all but it is SOOO needed. Only version 1.0 is available for download yet you list updates through 1.1.1 and someone mentioned a 1.2. Are you updating soon or making the updates available?

]]>Ok, looking at your screenshots and Square…there is nothing like you show. (See your first screenshot on Screenshots tab).
We already have products entered. Square states “We don’t currently offer an API for e-commerce solutions, but if we do in the future, we’ll be sure to announce it.”
However, they have APIs for certain other carts.
Where are you finding this wp-plugin on Square?

Thanks

]]>I know that working around hosting companies is a pain in the arse but I’m wondering if there’s a way, either as an option in the dashboard or even by changing one of the php files and hard-coding the query, to select a single Square Inventory category for import.
My hosting company has a limit of 75,000 queries per hour, per user. I keep hitting this limit when running the importer on the just over 1,000 items in my Square Inventory.
I tried creating a new db user, having WP use that new account, locking the site down, stopping all other plugins and then running the importer again. The results are the same, my limit is reached pretty quickly and the items that did end up getting imported are incomplete (missing images, etc.).
The Square inventory is for a multi-dealer antique shop but only one of the dealers sells online so I’m trying to find a way to import only the category ‘DealerA’ from the Square Inventory which is only about 120 items versus the entire shop inventory of over 1,000 items.
I also know that it’s time consuming to try and code around specific needs for a free plugin so, if possible, I’d like to request a quote to add that functionality to the importer. It may be quite useful to other folks stuck with shared hosting and similar limitations.
I tried sending this request a few times via email but have received no reply so I’m wondering if, for whatever reason, they’re not getting through.
Thanks, in advance, for any insight you can provide
Ed

]]>Excited to use this plugin! I created the app in square and then used the import woo to square function.
The products came into square under categories but not with any product information. I now have a selection of categories under items/categories in Square dashboard but nothing is listed in Item Library.
Thanks

]]>1. Do you have a hook for me to run your product synchronization every time I add a new product to WC instead of doing it manually each time?
2. Do you think it would be possible to allow for syncing of new Square orders to WC Orders (one-way) if there’s a web hook for that on Square (gotta look it up)? That way all orders, WC and Square alike are all in once centralized location.
3. I saw there’s a bug in the WC -> Square product image problem? Where exactly is that code? I’ll look into it and test it out, see if I can’t find a resolution there :).
