Hi, I’m having issues with making updates to existing team members and adding new team members. I am able to create the profile and assign it a category. This part of the process works fine. The problem arises when I add the “contact category” to the page. It shows all the correct contacts and team ordering, however, when I go to click on certain profiles it simply reloads the page I’m on rather than link to the profile. An example can be found on the page I provided a link for. Some of the team members you can click on the name and it directs you to their profile, however, the ones I have made updates to or just created such as “Nick O” don’t link to the profile, but instead just reload the page. I can’t figure out what the issue is and now these team members profiles are essentially inaccessible until this issue is resolved.

How do I remove the post page title that shows “Team WD” when someone clicks the “More” button?

I currently have 5 coaches listed in my Teams Category, however, it keeps paginating the 5th coach instead of just adding him to the lower row. Am I missing something?

I am trying to show team members from a category that are not in another category.

For example, 5 members are in category “management”, 3 of which are also in the category “former employees”. Can I include a list of members that are only in the management category, but not in the former employees category?

I know a solution to this would be to make a new category “former management”. However I have several categories of current employees that I would like to keep for former employees and do not wish to show former employees on the list of current employees.

To include a category in a list the code is cats=1. Is there anything similar to exclude a category from a list?

The more info button on the last tab is not working correctly. Clicking on it instead of connecting to the page containing the person’s card returns to the category page.

The send-email function works apparently only with english. Our clients are predominantly german and letters like ü (ue) are transformed via the plugin into cryptic text. Is there a way to overcome this?

Out team would like to indicate pronouns. How would you suggest we accomplish this, if currently possible? If not possible, can this be added?

Unfortunately the given phone number will not be sent by email. Where can i customize that.

Should the contact form be redirecting to a “email sent” page or message after completion? We keep getting asked if we are receiving emails after the form is filled out. Right now it just refreshed the page after hitting the send message button.

We are using this plugin for a school website staff directory. The real benefit would be that a parent can contact a teacher without having to display their email address and eliminate spam issues. Would there be a way to remove the address from displaying on the single page contact form?

We have several directory listings on our school website. Some by building some by department. We are using the table style. Some lists can be long and require the search bar feature. Some are only one or two names and really do not require the search bar. Is there a way to disable the search tool in the shortcode for shorter lists? Right now it seems all or nothing.

Basically, when I am installing your plugin, it’s conflicting with meta boxes in the post edit screen. The issue is that all meta boxes are overlapping over the post editor so, the user can’t able to see the part of the porting where those meta boxes are sticky.

Solution: You just have to add fix in <strong>enqueue_block_editor_assets()</strong> function available in SContAdminClass class. The issue is with <script> tag, you guys can hook that part of code in <strong>admin_head</strong> action easily.

Can you guys quickly fix it, it’s a very small change. Let me know if you have any question about it.

1 – On my wp blog I created author accounts using ADD USER option in WordPress. Those authors profile already have all the bio information and picture of the user.

2 – Now I want to create a page in WordPress with the title “About Us”.

Now using your plugin I want to do this:

In that, ABOUT US page I want to display some of the authors along with their pics that I created in step1 above.
And when I click on those author pics on about us page it should take me to the default profile page of the user as generated by WordPress like

Let me know if this something we can do with this plugin?

I am using the free version of Team by 10Web. I have been setting up new pages for different departments in company and inserting Team to showcase the employees that work in those departments. I have been using the classic block, clicking on the Team WD button and selecting from the pop up menu. It has been working fine but the button has quit working, the menu no longer pops up. Nothing happens when I click the Team WD icon. I thought that maybe since I was using free version I had reached a maximum amount of pages I could add to. But I removed Team from one of the pages and the button still did not begin working again. Any ideas on why it quit working?

In the PRO (paid) version, is it possible to customize the profile page to insert new fields, and customize the layout of the displayed items?

Working with / testing Staff_Directory_WD, using Web-dorado “Business Elite” theme.

When I create a page, then add a “Classic” block, then try to add the Team WD to the page, I have a couple issues.

1. If I don’t select a “Category” (wanting to show them all), it will not add at all.
2. I’ve added several categories, but cannot select any but “DemoCategory”
3. Even after selecting JUST the “DemoCategory”, I get the error “Updating Failed” upon trying to Publish the page.

If I then try to reload that page to edit it, I get this PHP error:

Hello! I am currently evaluating this plugin for a project.
I have visited the demo page, I can only see a list of circled team member and click to see the popup details(like a lightbox effect). Would like to know what is the Portfolio view, or other view. If demo or any screenshot could be provided is much more easier to understand the difference between Free and Paid version.

I have created categories, but do not have the “Single Contact and Contacts Category” option when trying to insert into the page. The Team WD button takes me back to edit the team.

Using the shortcode you can set how many elements (tabs) to show for each page? I would like to eliminate or minimize pagination.

I would like to change the .png plus sign file to a custom icon. Currently digging through the code, but if it’s a known change or can be done with custom CSS that’d be nice.

The shortcode on the page above works fine but when I copy & past the same shortcode on a page, the page is blank.

This is the short code I’m using.
[Staff_Directory_WD cats=”252,” type=”full” order=”undefined” tab=”1″]

Also for some strange reason, only this particular category is problematic. I’ve got no problems with other categories (they all work well on both pages & posts).

Please help.

Trying to find a staff plugin that will let me assign titles based on category or team, as staff in my organization often have different titles/roles for each of our projects. Some of the senior staff have four or five roles, and it is very inefficient for them to have four or five different bios that all need to be edited each time something changes. Including all of their titles in one “position” field gets very messy.

Everything is working great except one thing I cannot figure out. I have a page with the shortcode on it. When they click on the page it brings them to the page with the list of all the staff. For the Title of the page at the top it shows Staff. However when I click on one of the staff members to get more info or to contact them it opens their page but not it displays (untitled). Does anybody know how to fix this?

I created leadership under Categories page now how can i view the leadership page to see the list of the names i created?

The current selection is Circle, email is set to NO, Pictures do not display. I place individual shortcode for each employee as I could not get any of the themes to respond. I purchased a personal version.

Two things. One, in FireFox on the Staff Directory page, the search bar seems to be styled incorrectly, but I can’t see any CSS to explain it. Basically what’s happening is on focus, when you type the cursor gets small and the text is white (so invisible).

In Chrome, this doesn’t occur, so it appears to be browser specific. Any ideas?

The second issue is, that while in both browsers if you type in a search term the expected results do appear, in both browsers if you clear the search the page does not reset as you’d expect. Basically it gets stuck on the originally typed results.
