Just a year ago I got several personal replies from the support team for the free plugin version. Nowadays you can post only on the support forum and wait for weeks… Really a pity!

Love the way the team page looks. However, team ordering does not work. Says saved on the team ordering screen once a person is moved but does not display in that order on actual site. Any input from support would be greatly appreciated! Maybe it is the theme I am using?? We are considering switching to another webhost for minor reasons, staff page being one of them.

I have purchased a premium plugin previously to display a staff/team directory but as I have recently re-designed my website, I wanted something that looked more upmarket, but was quick and straightforward to set up. Team WD fit this requirement perfectly – it allowed me to display multiple profiles in a grid with a neat flyout display. I’m 100% satisfied with the product and the documentation is easy to follow. Highly recommended.

I thought it would be easy finding an employee/team plugin that is easy to use. After experimenting with many other plugins, I finally found Team WD. So easy to use, and it looks great. Best of all was the support! Zhanna from Team WD was so helpful and supportive. She always got back to me and was very informative. I look forward to buying more plugins from this company. They were great!

This is a good plugin and did most of what I needed it to do. I did, however, have difficulties with making the customizations I needed to to the front end. I would suggest more options for customization within the admin in WordPress. The team was very helpful in making the customizations I needed, but I’m still having issues with modifying the plugin for some additional tweaks that came from my client. I would likely use the plugin again.

The plugin had a few glitchy things that needed worked out, at to get it to work the way I wanted on my site. But tech support was great and they were on it! With access to the the WP editor, they fixed the issue directly so I didn’t have to. Issues were fixed typically w/in 24 hours, sometimes w/in hours. It was an easy process, directly thru emails.

With many different staff/team/employee plugins to choose from, I tried out several before finding this one. What stands out, was the absolutely incredible support from the authors via their forum. I think I asked over a dozen different highly technical questions, and each time, the next day, there were detailed answers waiting for me.
If you are shopping for a team plugin, I highly recommend this one, because you can really customize it for whatever you need AND if the built in customization don’t work, you can get fast help from the plugin forum.
I have purchased many plugins, and have never ever gotten this level of great technical support. I highly recommend this plugin and will be sure to look for more plugins from Web Dorado in the future. Wonderful developers!

I’ve been working on a project for a client that wanted very specific display and functional features for their Meet the Team page. The pre-sales support was very responsive in helping document that they could meet all of these requirements and the technical support team was great with helping me configure and install the plugin, including a browser caching issue that impacted the initial set-up and configuration. All around, this was a great experience and the plugin has surpassed our expectations.
