Frustrating WP dashboard notification from Stars Tesminonials asking for a good review –?only the “I’d love to help” link actually works –?if you try to close the notification or say no, nothing happens. I’ve been stuck with this irritating request cluttering up my dashboard for 2 weeks now. Support email has been completely ignored.
Please assist as soon as possible.

I install polylang plugin for multi language support. But I didn’t see any different language symbol in stars testimonials for adding text like my other post/pages?

where can add additional language text?
Do I need to change any settings? Any instructions?

I have just purchased the plugin from you and have just configured it to use the ‘Wall’ style, see https://www.scrumwithstyle.com/customer-testimonials/

I’ve noticed some issues that I need quick help with:

1. I do not see any of the testimonials taking more than 1 column in width – yet based on the style, there should be some.
2. There is no vertical padding between testimonials and it looks like they are overlapping
3. How can I change the background color from the dark blue (i.e. #353C4C)to something else?

I noticed that this plugin conflicts with Nextgen gallery.

I was searching the web and found this support thread from NGG regarding custom-post type conflicts with their plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/js-error-with-custom-post-type-and-gutenberg-activated/

I hope you guys look into this asap as this seems like a pretty simple thing to fix.

I have purchased the full version, however found that when I create a slider and customise it with auto scroll, delays etc that this is not reflected in the shortcode and it is just the default offering.

Are you able to assist or provide me with documentation around the shortcode please.

… but it doesnt work. What am I doing wrong?

I’ve been playing around with your plugin and like what I’m seeing, it takes a little getting used to at first but I like what you’ve done with it.

I’m wondering if there’s a way to get an individual testimonial by ID to show — I’d like to use the same styling on a map view that I’m creating and would like to click on a person and have their testimonial come up but didn’t see a way to do that.
