Useful and easy to use but sometimes the stats page is completely blank and also the counter on the page seems to be slowing my page loading. Going to try other options for the time being.

setting preferences doesn’t work, after having selected a positioning (slidebar) we get a blank white page. Pasting the plugin as widget either it appears twice on a page, or doesn’t appear, even if statistics are saved.

I haven’t had any trouble with billing, passwords, or down time using statcounter. I don’t know what else is out there but all I want to do is have a count and see ip addresses.
