I have just installed this on my wordpress site and configured it to access my identica account.
Whatthe widgit is displaying on my site, though is: “No public messages.”
Am I missing something?
Thanks

]]>The plugin works fine in all other respects, as far as I can tell. It is being used at the bottom of my site at https://interi.org.
The problem comes from federated replies; it appears that the plugin assumes the replies are from the same site, so they append them to the domain that the widget is pulling from.
My StatusNet instance is single-user, so all replies are from other sites. So, if my site is https://example.com/maiki, and I send a reply to https://identi.ca/creativecommons, the @creativecommons in the widget will link to https://example.com/creativecommons.
As an aside, my personal instance is in a sub-directory, rather than a sub-domain. It pulls the updates fine, but you might want to check for path when you change how the replies are handled. ^_^
]]>Hi,
I’ve just installed the extension and I must say: it’s great! However, I have a question.
The identi.ca hashtag is working ok, but I wanted to add a twitter hashtag and it doesn’t seem to work properly. This is the hashtag I’m trying to fetch:
https://twitter.com/#!/search?q=%23gnulinuxcat
But even though there are entries, they are not shown on our widget (at https://www.gnulinux.cat sidebar).
How can I solve this?
Thanks!
