Hello, so running into a few issues with customizing the member profile. The action and last activity widgets are not displaying on the live page in my template for BuddyPress Builder for Elementor. I can see them in the editor but nothing on the page. Any suggestions?
I did have to convert the sections to containers as we no longer use sections with elementor. Could the plugin need an update for that so all widgets will work?

Hi, I successfully edited your buddybuilder templates and I am really happy with them, but not with the way they load. When I open a (page with) the template, I see the buddypress default template first, and only a few seconds later the custom template loads. I added a youtube video I made of reloading the profile template, and the default template is visible over 2 seconds. That is very confusing for users. How can I solve this?

I purchased the pro version of this plugin but it doesnt work properly. The elementor template I design for Creating Groups isn’t being reflected at all. No matter what I do! also the icons are not coming through at all on the groups page. Its like its ignoring the pro version for groups!

Will there be a BuddyBuilder compatible with Bricks Builder?

I know i’m not the first with this problem, but I updated all my plugins, so I need another solution for exactly the same problem.

This is great plugin which works seamlessly with Elementor Pro.

My one regret is that when this plugin is activated, my BuddyBuilder theme stops showing the cover photo of the users, even after they upload them. It uploads with success and is visible on the upload page, but as soon as you reload that or go elsewhere they are gone. They disappear also from the back grounds of the member cards on the member card page. Neither of these elementor pages, to my knowledge suppress the cover images.

I downloaded and tried the free version before purchasing the plugin.

It was well reflected on the site, so I bought it for a fee. but. If you edit an element on the page to use it and come back to the page, it’s infinite loading.

What is the difference between the free version and the paid version? Why is there a free version and not a paid version?

I set it up on two sites and it looked pretty good and thought it might be a quick work around but I had issues with text layouts in posts. So, I took it off on one of the sites and it broked it more and sames with this one. It killed my site and is turning into a big time consuming job.

Is it possible to insert the followers button? and the number of followers in the profile?

I have a website on WordPress 6.2.2. and I use Elementor Free 3.13.4 with the theme Hello Elementor.
I have a problem with the cover photo. When I upload a cover photo, I see it, but only until I refresh a page. When I do it, the cover photo disappears. When I deactivate Buddy Builder, the cover photo is shown.
I use BuddyPress Noveau and the Free Starter template in Buddy Builder, so there is a cover photo widget. I tried to set the height of the cover photo but without success. I also tried to create another template with this widget, but also without success.
So I don’t know where is the problem and how can I repair it. Have you got any other suggestions?

Hi, When I added your plugin and selected a pre-made template for the site-wide activity page, I am no longer able to set the right sidebar. I tried updating it in the astra settings for the template page and for the activity page and neither work. Please help!

Hi, I’m using Buddybuilder (free version) alongside Buddyboss platform (free), Elementor Pro and Memberpress.

Post updates in the activity feed (using the activity container widget in Elementor) is displaying weirdly.

Firstly, the user’s avatar is huge, much bigger than in the Buddybuilder free demo.

Secondly, the display of links (with previews) is completely off – it sits in the middle of the activity post instead of the bottom, it covers the avatar and has a big grey rectangle at the top.

I don’t know what to do about these issues – I’ve been round and round all the settings in Buddybuilder, Buddyboss, Memberpress, and Elementor, as well as my theme and the general WordPress settings.

The BuddyPress Builder plugin is causing the MediaPress button to exist outside of the activity box. If I deactive the builder, the button goes back. May I have some guidance please ?

i try to at author box widget in your template and move avatar to under the cover image but it not work. seem your template block every change. Can you help me to unblock it?

From what I can gather reading through the BuddyPress help forum, BuddyPress handles pagination differently to WordPress on Member Profile pages (and perhaps elsewhere), and this often causes grief when people try to show posts on a BuddyPress profile page.

I am guessing this is also the cause of an error I’m getting when I add the Elementor posts widget to a user profile page (in order to display user posts), and choose a pagination option. The designated number of posts show, but the load more functionality fails (but works fine elsewhere on the site).

This is showing up as a browser console error as follows:

Something went wrong. TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'getAttribute') at LoadMore.handleSuccessFetch (load-more....bundle.min.js)

Would that be due to the BuddyPress pagination problem as suspected? See for example here: https://buddypress.org/support/topic/pagination-gives-error-on-buddypress-tab/

If that is right, would anyone have an Elementor fix for that by any chance?

500 Problem Elementor does not open with the plugin

Cover photos on user profiles are missing when having buddybuilder activated.
They post normally but show as blank.

If you can use the free version Elementor, what are the limitations of using BuddyBuilder compared to using Elementor Pro?

Buddybuilder is really a great plugin, and many thanks to the developers; however, there are some issues I have concerning the plugin and ask that you kindly look into it.

Buddypress allows options to display the user’s age for a date selector field, but buddybuilder displays only the date of birth, and worst, it displays the entire date and time eg(2022-01-01 00:00:00) when using the xprofile field; Secondly, when using the xprofile field to display a multiselected information of a user, the plugin displays the entire json string from the database eg(a:1:{i:0;s:7:”African”;}).

The link provided above is temporary, since I am only using it to build, and will later migrate to a permanent link.

Kindly remove the time when using the xprofile field to display a date field, and also please add the option to display age as well; Please also make the plugin display only the multiselected information, and not the entire json string from the database.
