I have a Stellar Places map on my website with a number of locations that have been added. On the backend, each of the these locations have content in the textbox, yet on the front end of the location, no content is visible.
I need users to be able to click a location on the map and have it go to a page with more information, not a blank page!
Can anyone help me out?

I currently have Stellar Places installed on my site, and have used it on other sites without issue.
On my current site I am receiving console errors and a blank map where it should be appearing.
The errors are as follows:

]]>I’d like to add the option to use zoom control on the map shown on place pages. I am trying to show dive sites but when the map is shown for dive sites in the middle of the sea all I can see is sea, so I need to be able to zoom out. The best option would be to add a zoom option (1-15) when you add the place so I can fix the zoom.

I’ve managed to customise the stlr_place custom post type to say Dive Sites instead of Places, but now I want to add custom meta data, such as depth. I’d also like to remove any custom meta data referring to addresses. How would I do this? I’ve tried my own code but I struggled. Can you help?

I am using the Stellar Places plugin in my multisite. While interestingly on one of the multisite, it is showing the places list properly while on the other, it is not, resulting in confusing stage. So, please help and guide ASAP. The plugin is network active.

Can the plugin also saves the map zoom? Basically I would like a setting that shows a country with a flag where I’m roughly at the moment
]]>We are getting the following error from google, Google Maps API error: MissingKeyMapError https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#missing-key-map-error.
Can somebody please tell me where to setup the api key in stellar places. From what I have read this is not required.

are you planning to fix the api key issue? i made a small plugin to fix it but it would be nicer to fix it since i still think yours is one of the best free maps plugins around – as a dev i’m available to expand it too

I’m loving the idea of this plugin. It seems perfect for what I require, but being a bit of a newbie I’m not too sure about the shortcodes etc.
What I’m looking for is some kind of main page that points people to the correct place page eg via town or city or category.
Do I have to just create a list with direct links to the individual places pages? Or is there a way of searching via drop down or category etc?

I’ve been trying to use a child theme’s functions.php, with my limited skills, unfortunately whichever approach I try the result always is a “page not found” error.

I am trying to setup WP All Import to correctly import latitude and longitude to custom fields of Stellar Places.
But even I set it manually (in post, setting geo_latitude and geo_longitude) then nothing changes in maps generated via shortcode.
There are still only two places I created manually adding new place.
Could you please advise me the best practise how to work with it automatically?

I have an apparent CSS or Theme conflict that is preventing maps from being displayed as Stellar Places works fine on another WP site.
Is there a common CSS code that can work-around existing CSS for the plugin?

I need to add extra fields for Phone and Fax and website. Do you have any plans to add these to your plugin? I added the custom field to the functions but it would be better for the client if these fields were listed with your plugin fields in the admin area.

is there a way to open the infowindow of the current poi in the overview map.
To give you an idea what I mean just head over to https://bikely.at/locations/sunny-sport-reinhard-bergmann/
As you can see I always open the “All-Pois-Map” with the stellar maps shortcode in my template file and the infowindow should be open. In the example the one in the bottom-center.

]]>Hi, I’m using free theme “Everal” and there is a conflict between this theme and stellar places plugin. I can’t see zoom in/zoom out and pins on the map. It happens on pages and blogs, I can see it in widget (if I put the shortcode there) though. I’m not a programmer but Im familiar with the concept so please if you can tell me where to seek for the problem. On other themes everything shows fine but I would really like to stick with this one if this problem is solvable. Thx.
