I downloaded the premium plugin and tried to enter it in the “Premium” Tab. Unfortunately the trail key is not working. Also tried to request a new one, but same error.

It is possible to save the (product)steps in the customer account for a logged in user/customer?

Im trying to edit the setting on the general settings page and the save button is not working. I disabeled all plugins and themes, reinstaled the sbs plugin and WordPress core and it still has the problem. The other sbs tabs are working fine when saving.

Im using WordPress 5.8
Woocmmerce 5.6.0

Hello. Interesting plugin and it looks like what I need.

I am interested in questions:

1. Is the plugin compatible with the Woodmart theme?

2. Package – is it created the same way as a product? Does it have its own options and attributes?

3. When you select a product option, a popup opens, does this work only like this? That is, there can be no transition to the page?

My package images disappeared for what seems to be no reason at all. Have tried disabling all plugins, trying different themes, clearing cache, inspecting the html, other browsers, other devices, but without any luck whatsoever.

What could be the issue?

I’ve been trying out the premium trial for the whole period, and I was wondering…
When I purchase a premium license, am I able to use it on my pre-launch site for testing purposes, then disable it on the test-site and then use it on the live website? Or do I have to purchase two licenses for this, and if so; why?

The way that the trial activation is set up makes it seem as if it’s one domain per license only, meaning that you can’t pull the license from one domain and then use it on another.

I have three questions:

1. Where do I configure that when adding a product to the cart, it stays on the page of the current step?

2. How do I establish mandatory categories?

3. Other products appear below the pages of each step. How do I remove them?

The free version is untested with the latest version, the contact form on the website doesnt work and neither do any of the social media links on the website. So we’ve no way to contact you which doesn’t bode well.

Installed plugin while using ShopIsle Pro. That theme was not compatible, so switched to StoreFront. I’m using the default “Choose Package” page for both package selection and for the step-by-step part in settings. The two packages I created show up on the page, and are added to the cart when selected. The cart widget shows the updated package item at the top, and shows all my step categories below it. However, adding the package has either not advanced the step process, or the plugin is not showing the contents of the next step. I have de-activated all plugins except for WooCommerce and yours. No change. Please let me know if this is something that can be easily fixed. Thanks

I’m trying to use a 14-day free trial code, which I’d got today. But the “premium tab” at system board doesn’t show a field for that.

Actually I was testing this plugin function at basic trial mode (not premium 14-day free trial), but it was not working fine. I had configured the only one available package, by category, but only the “no category” become available at “step-by-step tab” and the system avoid me to add any category to the ordering process list.

Do you have any tutorial video for this first configuration?

Plugin version: 1.2.10 (seems to be up to date)
Wordpress version: 5.2.2 (pt_br language)
PHP version: 7.3.3 (if it matter…)

I’m evaluating the SBS premium version. Before I decide to purchase the license, I need to know if if’s possible to navigate to a particular category products when a particular package is selected.

To illustrate, I have two packages, Crabs and Fish. Then in the Step By Step tab, I have two categories, each having their sub categories
Food Items
Crab Selection
Fish Selection
Cooking Choice
Crab Cooking
Fish Cooking

So now, when I select the Crab Package, I only need to navigate to the Crab Selection > Crab Cooking steps

All is in the title ??
