Hello. I tried changing the Twitter icon to X. However, when I save the changes and view it on my website, I only see a square of the color selected for the icon background, but not the “X” above it in the highlight color. I don’t have this problem with the other icons. Any ideas what could be happening or what I could check?

Hello, can you please update Font Awesome Icon Library to the latest version? Twitter’s new X icon is not available in the current version of the plugin. Everything else is working fine.

Hi. I have a problem with icon visibility. You use z-index:999 to ensure that icon is always on top. Unfortunately, the author of my theme came up with the same idea, and icons are covered by theme elements. Is there some method to change the value of the z-index?

It would be nice to have a functionality to decrease the icons width and height for mobile view (ideally with a field to define the break point for mobile view).
The icons are very big on mobile view which partially hides the content of the page.
I am happy to collaborate here as I will be doing this for a site I am working on anyways.

Only drawback in my use case: It would be great to have other css-units than px available in backend. Currently I override via stylesheet, so this would save some work and help users who are not able to do so.

Do you host this plugin on github? I would happily help out by doing some commits…

Love the plugin! Very simple and beautiful! I’m having an issue however when I add a 4th icon. When I mouseover icons 3 and 4 (back and forth), the whole sidebar jumps. If I add a 5th icon, this does not happen. Is there a quick workaround, maybe custom CSS, to resolve this?

The site I’ve listed in this post is mine, but it’s not the site I need the plugin to work on. I’m building out a client site, and I’d love to use it there, but I can’t show it at this time. But I was able to replicate the issue on my site.
