This is a wonderful plugin. In fact a lot better than paid comparables. I only have a few of reservations.

1. It doesn’t show names that I assigned to tickers. Shows tickers
2. The ticker list is limited. I was going to add a few more ETFs, but seems like they are not available. Wonder if I can extend the list of tickers in your API.

I’ve tried different ticker combinations of stocks traded in India but the tool is not showing prices. At the same time, it seems to be picking up US-listed stocks and prices, even though my selected exchange is BSE or NSE.

all my tools pages, currency and timezone stopped working,

i had to disable many plugins until i found it was this plugin.

now your plugin is disabled and all the scripts are now working

Undefined index: HTTP_USER_AGENT in …/wp-content/plugins/stock-quotes-list/stockdio_quotes_stockdioplugin.php on line 1075

The fix should be quite simple:
$useragent = (isset($_SERVER['HTTP_USER_AGENT']) ? $_SERVER['HTTP_USER_AGENT'] : '');

Few stock have ‘&’ in their symbols e.g – AXIS-IT&T.
Such stocks are not rendering properly and getting break into 2 lines without any data.

I’ve given a list of Stock symbols to be displayed in the widget. But there are few stocks which are coming as blank.
Can we have n arrangement wherein the blank data items are skipped to be displayed so that it looks nice on the front-end?
Any programming code can also be welcomed.

Although, it does work, above the stock data I get a large open field that displays the error, “Error retrieving data, please try again.”

Also, the first and last symbols are not reporting correctly and show as plain text outside of the data chart.

I installed and activated the stock quotes list plugin. When I go to dashboard > Settings > Stock Quote List only a title appears (Stock Quotes List) and the rest of the page is completely blank? I haven’t had a problem like this with any other of my installed plugins. Does anyone know what could be wrong?

I’m trying to show data from the Vietnamese markets such as the VNINDEX. However, the chart didn’t show anything. It kept noticing me that “error retrieving data. Please try again”.

What happens if the 500 monthly calls are used up?
Will any data be shown, e.g. data from date of the last call or will there be some sort of error message?

And is there a way to include data from dates of certain days or is it always the last delayed real-time data?

The problem is some of translated labels on the charts or lists are wrong or miss appropriate style. Where in code can I find them? Are there any PO/MO files?

We are looking to pull through a Market Index for a company on the JSE (Johannesburg Stock Exchange) but it’s unfortunately not working.

Other JSE market indexes are pulling through however….

WKNs are used as ticker symbols: they are unique and always exist on Europe’s biggest stock exchange, the XETRA.

On our webpage, we currently have about 80 companies listed, each with the respective, unique WKN. Is it possible to add the Stockdio chart based on the WKN?

What is the WKN, exactly? Answer: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wertpapierkennnummer

Currently, we are using the ticker, e.g. “SAP”:

Our goal is to make it work with the WKN, e.g. “716460”. Is this something that is currently possible or can easily accomplished?

I got the API and then tried to put the shortcode in a widget, but no luck (I enabled the shortcode support in widget, why dont you also create a widget for the plugin?)

Then I found out that even i insert the shortcode in a post, it also did not work.
