I am experiencing an issue with the WooCommerce REST API on my site. When attempting to use the API, I receive the following error:
wp-json/wc/v2/?consumer_key=invalid&consumer_secret=invalid
“In most cases this means that permalink structure is set to Plain or REST API is disabled or hidden by some WP security plugin such as Defender”
Here’s what I’ve already tried to resolve the issue:
I suspect that WP Hide might be modifying or blocking certain API paths necessary for the WooCommerce REST API (such as /wp-json/wc/v2/
). Could you please guide me on how to configure WP Hide so that it does not interfere with these endpoints while maintaining the site’s security?

Site A is in siteground and site B in Kinsta.
When checking API in site A, it is not accessible to site B.
When chekcing API in site B, it is acessible to site A.

Sync is not working for 5-10% of orders. Tested with 4 different payment provider. Klarna, Swish, Stripe and VIPPS. Its a shame since the plugin is working good otherwise and we like it. We need all stock to be synced. Manually push is not working for date filtering, so its time consuming and not an option since you have to go through every order in a list of 30 pages for pressing push on affected products one by one.
We have tested both background processing and foreground processing, also with different sync limits. It should not be like this for a PRO plugin.

Hello, I would like to ask a 2 questions.
I have 2 e-shops (each in a different language), is it possible that the 1st (main) e-shop will have products in a different language and currency than the 2nd e-shop, but with the same stock quantity? How does it work? Is it paired based on some ID number?
Is it possible to choose which specific products will be paired?
Is it possible that I create a product on the main e-shop and want it to be displayed only on the secondary e-shop? While I will make it invisible on the main eshop.
Are stock levels adjusted automatically? The user buys a product on 1 e-shop and automatically within a few seconds the user can no longer buy this sold-out product on any e-shop?

]]>I’m using stock sync pro and most of the times syncing is working, but sometimes syncing is not working from secondary to primary. When I change later the same product, the sync is working, so there is nothing wrong with the product. What could be the problem?

I was trying to link stock sync API for my two stores. one of them was good but another one was keep showing API user has correct privileges and a red cross after this. when I view response for debugging, it shows Response code 406

1. What’s the difference between stock status and stock quantity. When should you use which?
2. Should you use stock status and stock quantity on all sites or does one of them only go on the primary site?

]]>The plugin worked great for awhile , now when trying batch push and individual product syncing There is a popup JSON error message saying Syntax error.
Also, the automatic sync is not working in the background when stock changed on main site. Orders on the secondary site are updating stock on the main site.
Console does not provide any extra info for the error.
I get an error message when trying to set the StockSync plugin up on my primary site when clicking on the check credentials button.

I’m having an issue where stock levels are being pushed correctly but the second site needs duplicate skus as some stock is on one area and others in a more private one with different pricing. One is updating fine, but another doesn’t update.
Is this a known thing and is there perhaps a filter/function I may need to include to update all products with the exact sku?

I’m trying to sync a number of products with our new wholesale site (not all products will be sold wholesale). I’m just using the free version at the moment, just to get a feel for how the plugin works and if it’ll service our needs, but will inevitably need to upgrade once working correctly. I don’t want to push all products to the wholesale site, given they won’t all be available for wholesale. To start with, I have selected 2 products to test with. The problem happened with both: I pushed them from aussiefoods.eu (retail + primary inventory) to aussiefoods-b2b.eu (wholesale + secondary inventory), and it reset the stock of these to 0 on both sites. When I went back to the product by the primary and re-entered the stock levels, this amount then also came through on the secondary. Why is the primary stock being set to 0 when I push it through to the secondary?

I have two online stores: one menswear (site 1) and one womenswear (site 2). These hold different stock.

We have WOOCS (multi currency plugin) installed on site 1 and 2 with the main currency being ZAR (south african rand), but also selling in EUR , GBP and USD.
I have created a third site (site 3) 156breestreet.co.za which I want to use to hold ALL the stock from site 1 and 2, and connect to VEND point of sale to use in our actual headquarters and physical store in Cape Town where we sell both mens and womenswear, ie all the stock from site 1 and 2. This site is password protected and is only for connecting to the point of sale / hold all the stock.
The purpose of this is to sync the stock from the two online stores to the main store, which we currently have to do manually on all platforms after every day’s sales.
On site 3 multi currency is not required as we only sell in ZAR (set as main currency).
The prices do not need to sync across the stores if we can set them individually on each site and they stay that way when stock gets updated across the sites.
I have installed the free version of your plugin to test between main site and one actual online store, but the stock is not automatically syncing between the two when I update quantities. If i change stock quantities on secondary site it won’t sync to main site but if I press update it works.
I would love some help or insight.
Is your stock sync plugin able to handle the above? It needs to all be automatic once set up.
