Hi Dima,
any updates to my questions? If not we’ll have to start looking for a different stockist plugin as we need the extra functionality.
Thanks for your time,
James
Hi, can you please supply me with a way to move the order of the stockists tab, I’ve changed some of the code and managed to get it to display as the 2nd tab, but then the map is only displayed as a very small square in the top left hand corner.
Thanks in advance.
Nick
Hi Dima,
We’re getting some strange icons popping up on the site where the stockists should be. Rather than the map it’s showing an icon with a cross and gauge – not good.
Is this a problem with my machine or is it a general website/Maps API problem.
Screenshot is here…

It’s strange that the main maps is working ok but the stockists not.
Thanks, James
Hi Dima,
We’re getting the following error showing up a lot in our error_log…
[09-Jan-2015 09:00:56 UTC] WordPress database error You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '*) as nb

Any idea what is causing it, and what we can do to solve it?
Thanks,
James
Hello Dima,
How does the location permission work with the plugin. Is it set via the plugin or via the google maps api?
Also, is it possible for a user to reset their permission to allow/deny access?
Thanks,
James
Hello,
we’re getting some stockists not showing up on products that they should be. I have no idea where to start as a lot of them are working but for some reason some of them aren’t.
The stockists that aren’t showing have had the category assigned to them as normal for the one’s that are working so I have no idea where to start debugging.
Could we get some help with this issue please?
Thanks,
James
Hi Dima,
would it be possible to use a text placeholder to write our own ‘No stockists’ message in the plugin settings to change the message that shows in the widget like…

No stockists

Thanks,
James
Me again!
Could you let me know what a premium stockist is, and what the difference is between a premium and standard one.
Thanks so much for your time ??
In the plugin settings, I can see a textbox with ‘URL of the stockist locator (where the main locator shortcode has been added)’
What is the URL of the stockist locator, and what is the shortcode/what does it do?
Apologies for all these questions, just have a few issues – the plugin looks great and I’d like to get these few things tidied up so we can launch ??
Kind regards,
James
Hello,
If i enter default co-ordinates to be London in the plugin settings, if no stockist is found for a product I’m just getting blue ocean for the default location. You can see it on https://findyourdreamdress.co.uk/dresses/karen-george/karen-george-vixen/
Hello,
is it possible to include a postcode search box somewhere so that a user can enter their location and view all stockists within their area? Maybe have a limit of how far they want to search i.e within 35 miles, 50 miles…
It would be nice to have a dedicated page somewhere for this. Is it possible?
Thanks ??
Hi Dima,
we have the plugin installed on our site https://findyourdreamdress.co.uk/ and it appears to be having an issue showing the stockist page – If I click on a link to a stockist from the sidebar widget or click on the more details link in the map icon the URL completely changes and it takes me to the blog. You can see an example page at https://findyourdreamdress.co.uk/dresses/beautiful/beautiful-by-enzoani-14-19/
Any ideas what is happening?
Thanks
