Our Store Locator plugin has stopped working correctly. None of the sorting features (Search by Zip, Search by City, Default sort by my location, etc.) work anymore. We tried updating the plugin, reverting to previous versions, etc. We did not update to PHP 8 because we know that creates an issue.
We tried contacting support but get not response. Does anyone else have this issue? Can anyone provide direction? The locations show up on the map but you can do any searching and sorting.
Thank you.

I am trying to make tombstone location finder website where users in the frontend can add tombstone using their phone GPS and can add some details ( Name, photo, bio,..), the other users can search this website and get direction to any tombstone address using any of given details.

Hey! I love your plugin. I need to add some functionality, which I know your addons offer. I used to visit your page here where you used to have tons of options for separate addon purchases, aside from the Addons Platform. But now you only have the most expensive package options, and one standalone addon. I can’t afford to pay $299 for a lot of addons when I only need one. Specifically, Categorizer. Is there a way for me to purchase only that addon? If so please direct me to it as soon as possible.
Thank you in advance. Cheers!
Hi there,
How can I add new class name to the

I tried to add a class name but it doesn’t read my custom JS code. It works on the other tags except to

Here’s my code:
jQuery(function($){
$(‘#sl_div, #searchForm, #sl_div table, #sl_div table tbody, #sl_div tr, #sl_div td, #map_sidebar, .results_entry, div#sidebar_div_0’).addClass(“TEST”)
});

I am thinking of buying the categorizer add on but can a single location have multiple categories so that it shows up under multiple refinements?
After updating to the latest version the categorizer is not working anymore.
The map only shows the default icon on both categories.
I tried using the checkbox filter, and it doesn;t show my categories as a filter option, only default.
The dropwdown selector does show my categories, and filtering also works, but the icons stay default.
Can this be fixed?
Hi, I’m using Store locator in a multilingual site, but I’ve come across something I can’t find an explanation for.
I changed a bit of HTML and added bootstrap to the Layout template
(Store Locator > Addons > Advanced Theme Manager > Layout Template), to style it the way I wanted to.
I copied everything from the English website to the Dutch website, but it seems the Dutch one won’t use the current Layout template.
Here’s a screenshot of the inspector: https://i.imgur.com/14njwDa.png
(the left one is the current/custom layout template, the right one is the standard)
Is there a way to make the Dutch website use the current/custom layout template instead of the standard one, without reinstalling the plugin?
(Also, I’m using version 3.98, but it says it’s the most recent one)
I did an upgrade to the latest version and the plugin stopped working. Can you take a look and see if you notice any problems?

Any ideas what it could be?
Hello WP community!
Help!
I am brand new to WP coming from a Drupal background. I just started my new role as a web developer coming from a Drupal heavy environment to a WordPress environment and right off the bat one of our WP sites is causing errors and I have no clue where to begin.
The website was working perfectly fine this whole week then this morning the following errors display at the top of every page:
Warning: mysql_real_escape_string(): No such file or directory in /home/orangenaturals/orangenaturals.com/wp-content/plugins/store-locator/sl-functions.php on line 377
Warning: mysql_real_escape_string(): A link to the server could not be established in /home/orangenaturals/orangenaturals.com/wp-content/plugins/store-locator/sl-functions.php on line 377

Warning: mysql_real_escape_string(): A link to the server could not be established in /home/orangenaturals/orangenaturals.com/wp-content/plugins/store-locator/sl-functions.php on line 377
Does WordPress automatically do updates? Could the update have affected the plugin?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi,
I just installed the latest ver. of the plugin and installed it in my theme file. The address bar, search by city, radius dropdown and “find locations” button are visible but the map is not showing.
Also, when I click on the “find locations” button, I quickly see 2 console errors showing:
uncaught reference error: showLoadImg is not defined; and
uncaught reference error: searchLocations is not defined.
I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the plugin. And I have also tested to see if another plugin was causing issue but neither approach worked.
What do you suggest?

First of all, great plugin. I bought the pro version. Just one thing that is bothering me. When using a tablet or phone and enter my city in the bar and pres go, they keyboard wont dismiss. Which makes it look like it doesn’t work. Because the keyboard is above the map. Can this be solved?

Hi.
When I zoom out to the max level of 20 I get grey fields on the top and bottom of the map.
If I could set the max zoom out level to 18 steps it would resolve this problem.
Anyone knows how to do this?
Thanks in advance
I updated to 3.97.1 (fortunately, on a dev machine) and while the update seems to have installed and the product works, the plugin has disappeared from the listing on the plugins page… I’m hesitant to apply the update in prod until I know what’s going on. Any ideas?
Hi there, I have a suggestion for the default “Search by City” feature:
If you have many locations in many cities across many states, this function is more or less useless to the customer unless they already knew which cities contained valid locations, as this function currently sorts all cities alphabetically regardless of state.
As of version 3.96, the code in question is in sl-functions.php at line 1979.
$cs_array=$wpdb->get_results("SELECT CONCAT(TRIM(sl_city), ', ', TRIM(sl_state)) as city_state FROM ".SL_TABLE." WHERE sl_city<>'' AND sl_state<>'' AND sl_latitude<>'' AND sl_longitude<>'' GROUP BY city_state ORDER BY city_state ASC ", ARRAY_A);
To presort the list by state and make the feature much more useful by default, a minor change is enough:
from
ORDER BY city_state ASC
to
ORDER BY sl_state ASC, sl_city ASC
If the state field is not filled, it will sort by city.
Thanks!

Hello,
Using version 3.96
We are seeing when you do a search it just spins. I turned off all other plugins and it still does not work. I got the console error of
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘documentElement’ of null
(anonymous function) @ VM1302:1
request.onreadystatechange @ VM1302:1
It is on this page: https://aeromotiveinc.ihost.net/dealer-locator/
Any ideas of what it might be?
Site & page is https://www.cbsb.co.uk/locator/
So we are UK based.
WordPress 4.4.2 running Twenty Fourteen theme. No other plug-ins active.
SL has found the correct longitudes & lattitudes for the 2 test UK locations I’ve set up.
All I get when I search is a blank page with the rotating ‘egg timer’.
I’ve tested on latest FF and Chrome browsers – same results.
Blank page is grey and mouse turns to small hand so I think I’m on a Google map page but maybe in the middle of the Atlantic!! I can’t zoom or move the page – or if I can it’s moving to more grey.
I checked the Chrome Developer page to see if there are any errors, none.

Hi,
I’m using storelocator in a shop configured in 3 languages using WPML. When looking at the store locator page it’s working in 2 of the 3 languages.
EN OK: https://www.elena-didi.com/publicity/store-locator/
FR OK: https://www.elena-didi.com/fr/publicite/store-locator/
NL NOT OK: https://www.elena-didi.com/nl/publicity/store-locator/
The FR and NL pages are duplicates of the EN page, content is exactly the same. How can this be solved?
