]]>hi, I have the storefront theme installed and running on my website. I have now tried to install the top bar plugin, however it is not showing that it activated under my plugins. If I select Activate, then it says Storefront theme not installed.
]]>I added contact details inthe topbar and a link to the shop page. When I activate, the add to basket button in all products does not work. Also, my display for account, search and basket at the bottom of the screen disappears. This is happening in the mobile view and tablet view but desktop is ok. With Topbar deactivated, everything works as expected.
I will leave the Topbar activated for your review.

I am running on WordPress 6.0.2 and the latest version of Storefront.
The “Topbar” is working fine for Mobile devices and iPads,
but on the Desktop the “Topbar” appears under the header instead of above the header.
Maybe an update of the plugin is required ?

]]>Hi I have the storefront theme, I am running it with woo commerce and product vendors. I’ve tried to activate your plugin over and over today but it gives me an error message saying that I must have storefront to use this plugin. I have cleared my websites cache as well as my browsers cache.
I do have some custom css code that the happiness engineers have given in regard to my header. Would this affect it? I am running the latest versions of everything.
It would be great to be able to use this plugin.
When using Storefront Top Bar I can not click on sub menus links in Android. It won’t stay open long enough to click on any sub menus. I have not looked on it on a iphone yet. Any idea how to fix this?

I’ve added CSS to make my header sticky which worked just fine. While trying to do the same with the top bar I had to realize that my approach isn’t working.
So I did some research to get a hint of what I need to adjust to make it work and stumbled upon the following thread of this forum:

Now that this thread is over 4 years old I am positive that there had been some major updates regarding the issue in the meantime.
Can you confirm this and give a little advice on how to change my CSS to get the desired results?

First I want say I really like your plugin which made my top bar looks like i wanted.
Unfortunately I have a problem that seems to be related to your plugin. Pagespeed Insights report a very high Cumulative Layout Shift. It’s 0,513. If I disable your plugin it goes down to 0,35.
Do you know if there is any solution so the top bar won’t cause a high CLS?

]]>Good morning some help please. I have used srtorefront from the beginning and do not use a child theme as i made no special changes to the plugin. It has serverd me well until woo commerce update 5.4.1. from this point the entire admin and pages do not display as formatted. Please take a look the top bar, main bar and footers are mixed with the basket and the procucts are set one below the other and not side by side as set in storefront.

For SEO reason is not good to have H1 in the widget titles.
I found this plugin generates H1 when add a title to a widget inside.
In the file storefront-top-bar.php in the line 511 it has H1 as widget title by default. I can change it to span, but the problem is that if update plugin then I will loose this change.
Is there any way to avoid this?

This removed extra space below category menu bar (not sure what its actually called) and the Homepage Slider. Which I also wanted to do.

But it didn’t do anything for the extra space in the header, above the category menu bar.
