I created several slideshows for the ‘Testimonials’ page over a year ago. But now, for ununderstandable reasons, all reviews in all slideshow views are displayed in column

For 1 of 10 page reloads this issue disappears.

I tried to disable all cache plugins, resave views, and of course update WP, theme, and all plugins, but it doesn`t help: slider arrows are not even displayed in the HTML

Plugin version: 3.1.20

Tell me please, how to fix this?

Is there any recommended way to stop or block fake/spam testimonials?

I have a Views page for submit testimonials, however, I just received notification of a submission but it was a spam bot.

I have recaptcha enabled on the site but I do not see an options for recaptcha in the plugin.

I am having issues with my server overloading. I have been asked to check out my mySQL database for autoload issues.

I have about 11 records for stm_ccb_form_settings_UNIQUEID all set to autoload. No matter what me setting this to “no” another record appears.

How can I stop this from autoloading please? I do not have the strong testimonial form on the front end of my website – Only admin can add testimonials.

The quote svgs were moved to a new directory but it seems the CSS paths were not updated.

I found below and the correct path is

../../assets/public/svg. Other svg may have same problem but the quotes are the ones my site uses.

I am using the Pro version of Strong Testimonials and whenever someone navigates to my testimonials page my whole site crashes with the message “fatal error”. Am using the latest version

I’m translating a website using Strong Testimonials.

I manages to translate people testimonials but not the “Client’s details” featuring the Complete name, the Company name etc.

Fields don’t appear within the WPML translation window, I only have the name, content and extract…

I was recently making some colour scheme changes to a client website. I simply created a staging site to do this, I will then migrate it all to the live site. One thing that needed changing was the colour of the testimonials. When I do this and click save I loose featured images and pagination on the testimonials page (using a view). When I attempt to edit the view I have check boxes for pagination and featured images but they cannot be checked?

There’s a folder in the plugin with the name .wordpress-org containing images. They should not be in the plugin, but on a higher level in the assets folder on SVN. Can you please remove it from the plugin itself, to reduce the plugin size?

Today I updated to WP 6.6.1 and after some time I got the white screen of death. I looked at debug.log in wp-content and it said there is a fatal PHP error with the Strong Testimonials plugin. I renamed your folder and my WP site came back. I have managed to restore my website but every time I try to activate the Strong Testimonials plugin I receive the error “Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a?fatal error.” ?

The “more” link shows up formatted like a link, but it does not work.

In our case it says “weiterlesen” instead of “more”.

Hi, when the testimonial is successfully submitted, the name, email and star rating fields are blank. These are required fields in the form, so the form can’t be submitted if they aren’t filled in.

To check that the form is working as intended, I tested with an email address. The name, email and star rating fields still turn up blank. I can send screenshots if required.

we try to get the latest trustpilot reviews, using the Strong Testimonials Importer, however it is not importing them.
How is this import option supposed to work?

Testimonials are toward the bottom of page provided.

I can show a testimonial with thumbnail on one customer site but not on this one.

I compared the two and disabled any different plugins – No go

I compared the two and all their setting are the same.

Did an F12 on the page and found no erros

I regenerated thumbnails.

Get the broken image icon.

But not in Firefox, either on desktop or mobile.

Any suggestions as to how to fix would be very welcome ??

The “Read More” link on Slideshow, simple view, appears on the same line of many testimonials, without a line break or a space — so it looks really strange: “ThankReadMore” as in the screenshot below.

I’m trying to add CSS for a line break beforehand but it’s not working – I’ve tried many different methods but am not getting anywhere.

I’d be grateful for your advice!

I have several different “views” for different categories of testimonials and I want to move everything over to the new website I build. I exported/imported the testimonials successfully, but I would need to export/import the “views” layouts too.

Hi. How can you change the font size, line spacing and slide size attributes? of the presentation made by the Strong Testimonial slide.

In the link, attached, in which I am testing… I successfully managed to adjust it at the bottom… But at the top of the page, with the slide, although it works well, it takes up a lot of screen space. It doesn’t look pretty.

I have tested the CSS in the appearance area of the astra theme with the Elementor layout designer.

I clarify that I am just learning CSS.

I am experiencing an issue with your plugin on mobile devices. Whenever I attempt to submit a review using the “Post Review” button, the loading spinner appears and continues indefinitely without submitting the form. This problem does not occur on desktops where reviews are posted successfully.

Could you please investigate this issue? It seems to be a bug affecting mobile users specifically. If there is a workaround or if you require any additional information from my side to diagnose this problem, please let me know.

On mobile view, the testimonial content has overlapped to the next testimonials. And the featured image is not align to the center on mobile view as well.

The “read more” button not working for expand content in place. I have tried numerous setting but no luck. See my settings: https://prnt.sc/fN9aC-jFg-Vd. Bear in mind some testimonials the read more button does expand text and for some testimonials it just does nothing. I think when the text is shorter than specified in the setting, it does not work for those testimonials.

I have seen a lot of people posted about the same topic for months yet no resolution? I really loved this plugin and was a regular user for years. Not sure i will continue to use it after this bug and lack of support.

As of today, trying to create a new testimonial gives the feared WordPress Critical Error page on my site.

Succesfully created a testimonial only last Friday. I have some forty trouble-free testimonials in total.

All other ST admin pages can be reached without problem, and work normally. The ST functions in the frontend also function normally.

It’s only trying to reach /post-new.php?post_type=wpm-testimonial that the Critical Error pops up. Going back from the error brings me to whatever admin page I was on before trying New Testimonial.

WordPress 6.5, ST 3.1.12 with Pro 1.0.11.

ETA: Shortly after discovering this, the WordPress installation began signing me out any time I did anything at all in wp-admin (such as navigating to a different page, or starting a WordFence scan). To resolve that, and to determine whether it was related to ST, I cleared cookies, browser cache, WP Super Cache, and disabled all plugins to re-enable them one by one. Signout issue disappeared, ST Critical Error remained. So the problem is not related to any of that.

ETA: With all other plugins deactivated, and Twenty Twenty Four as theme, the issue still occurs. That leaves only a bug in ST as cause….

How can I get the ‘Read more’ link to display at the end of the automatic excerpt rather than on a new line?

I’m working on a section of a page where I’m embedding a slideshow view and for some reason it’s increasing the height of the container to a ridiculous amount.

It only happens when using the slideshow view and I have the same view embedded on another page with no issue.

I’m having trouble figuring out why that’s happening and I’m hoping another set of eyes might be able to help me figure it out.

It’s in the “praise from her clients” section on the page in question.
