This plugin worked fine untill the latest version of wordpress. After the 4.6 update, it breaks the customize functionality and more. It’s a pity, anyway.

It is a terrific and necessary plugin if you want to customize the colors of your theme. But sometimes the “options” just don’t work and other times the controls aren’t really obvious what they apply to. If you want to get a whole new color scheme for your wordpress theme there are always a few things you can’t figure out how to change with the customization settings available. And when I ran into such a problem I posted in the support forums. But my post is just sitting there without even a comment from another user much less the developers. I would give it a little longer but there are unanswered posts on the support forum from a year ago, so I am not holding out much hope of ever getting a response.

Yes it does conflict with the defualt color options in twentyfourteen, still does its job though.

Conflicts with a wide variety of plugins that prevent it from working. Notably does not work with Buddypress installations. When it works, it is a great tool. However, the inability to use it in combination with several popular plugins severely limits its value and usability.

One of the best plug-ins i have used on WP. Does almost everything I need it to and more.
Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was that it was missing the ability to change the BG color behind the titles of posts. IT allowed for featured but not on actual posts.
Could also be a little more user friendly for the people who aren’t quite familiar with all the jargon.
Overall, a very solid plu-in that most designers should and probably do need.
